Terms & Conditions:

Check-In Time: 2 pm for RV Sites and 4 pm for Cabins. Balance is due 24 hours prior to check-in time. Personal checks and cash are not accepted at check-in. An early check-in may be available for RVs ONLY starting at 12pm (noon) for a $25 fee. Call the front desk for availability. Please note that all RV sites may not be available for early check-in.
Check-Out Time: By 11:00am for all Sites & Cabins. Upon checkout the Resort Staff will check your cabin. You will be notified via email if there are any damages incrued during the course of your visit. Necessary damage charges will be applied and charged to the card on file.There is a $25.00 late checkout fee if you are not out of your site and departed the property by 11:30 AM. There is an additional $50.00 fee if you have not departed by 2:00 PM. Please make sure you depart the Resort by 11 AM.
Deposit: All reservations for 3 nights or less require payment in full to reserve the site. All reservations for 4 nights or longer require half of your total. The Campspot program will automatically charge the card on file 72 hours before guest arrival for any balance. There is a 2 night minimum reservation stay.
Adventures RV Resort does not accept cash.
SUMMER POOL HOURS- 10AM - 8PM, weekdays. 10AM- 10PM, weekends
NO RUNNING, NO JUMPING, NO DIVING, NO GLASS, NO OUTSIDE FLOATING DEVICES, and NO DOGS ALLOWED IN ANY POOL OR LAZY RIVER AREAS.
Occupancy: The RV Site rate includes 4 adults and 4 kids. Additional guests will be charged. All RV sites are limited to 8 guests total, no exceptions. Cabins have an exact amount of guests per sleeping capacity. All children regardless of age DO count as a guest. The max occupancy for primitive tent sites is 4 guests.
Guests/Visitors: Campers are responsible for their guests/visitors. All guests must register at the office and pay the guest/visitor fee, which is $30 per person per day. Said guests should be departed from the Resort by 8pm. Campers are responsible for any damages caused by or caused to any of the guests/visitors. There is limited availability for guest passes. Availability is not guaranteed and granted on a per case basis.
Minimum Stay: All holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay or more. All other weekend reservations require a 2-night minimum. 1-night stays are permitted Monday - Thursday or by special exception. Call us at 985-542-1507 to request a 1-night weekday stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, less a $25 cancellation fee. This fee is necessary because the Credit Card Companies and the Online Booking Companies charge us for your incoming payment and your outgoing refund payment. We have to pay these charges whether or not you keep your reservation.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, but more than 3 days before the arrival date; your deposit paid will be applied to your credit account and will be applied to a future reservation. The credit balance must be used within one year of your canceled reservation.
All Cancellations made less than 3 days before 2 PM on the arrival date, reservations must be paid in full. (If your check-in date is April 10th, you must cancel your reservation before 2 PM on April 7th to receive a credit to be applied to future stay)
Modification/Cancelation Policy for Monthly Reservations (Reservations 20 Days or more). All monthly site reservations must be canceled or modified at least 30 days in advance of check-in. No exceptions. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
Refund Policy: Refunds and credits are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. Or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within 1 year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used with no exceptions.
No Show Policy: Any guests that have not arrived by 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their payment and shall be responsible for any balance owed to the site. All campers agree to allow the park to run your credit card for any balance due anytime a no-show occurs.
Electric Hook-Up: The RV sites are equipped with 50 or 30 amp hook ups. Please be aware that plugging in extra appliances will cause the post to pull too much wattage and a trip in the breaker.
Sewer Hook-Up: All sewer hoses must be undamaged and sewer connections be tight. Sewer hook-up and equipment are the sole responsibility of the camper.
Waste Water: The discharge of any wastewater (septic or gray water) is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a minimum fine of $500 (resulting fines may be higher) and possible eviction. Formaldehyde products are not permitted.
Bikes: Don’t forget your bike helmet! While Louisiana law does not require it, we recommend that all riders wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bicycle riders must obey the same rules of the road as motor vehicles. The speed limit is 5 mph. Bikes are not permitted anywhere off the resort roads. Any biker who leaves the road violates Resort Rules. Bikers use their bikes at their own risk. Adventures RV Resort is not responsible and shall be held harmless for any and all injuries or harm caused while riding a bike on resort grounds. All campers shall be solely responsible for enforcing all safety rules upon their minor children and guests.
Fireworks: Fireworks, including sparklers, and explosives of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
Speed Limit: The speed limit is 5 mph on all resort roads. All campers should vigilantly maintain the speed limits of all local roads outside our resort. All driver's of vehicles AND golf carts must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
Pets: We are a pet-friendly resort. Pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Management reserves the right to restrict any disruptive or aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets. There is a limit of 2 pets on all RV sites. Any Camper who fails to pick up the waste of his/her pet will be charged $100 for waste removal. All pet owners shall fully indemnify Adventures RV Resort for any and all damages caused by your pets to property or people. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet fee per animal for cabins that allow pets. Pets are not allowed inside pool gates.
Campfires: Please, never leave a fire unattended. Please do not burn or leave trash in the fire pits. Any damages caused by a fire started by a Camper/Minor Child/Guest/Visitor, whether intentional or not, is the sole responsibility of the Camper and the camper shall indemnify Adventures RV Resort for any and all legal claims brought by any 3rd party.
Drones: Drones are not permitted on the property.
Firearms: Firearms are not permitted outside of any vehicle while in the resort.
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed in bathhouses, or any common areas or facilities, including the pool/lazy river, beach, dock, or clubhouse. All smoking must take place inside the Camper's site boundaries and all butts must be properly disposed of. Any camper who throws cigarette butts on the ground will be charged for clean-up. There WILL BE a $250 charge for smoking in ANY cabin. Your reservation and credit card on file will be charged.
Alcohol: While alcohol is permitted at your campsite it must be consumed responsibly– we are a family resort. No glass is allowed inside the pavilion or on any pool decks.
Vehicles: One vehicle is included in the site fee. One extra vehicle may be parked for an additional $15 per day fee. All vehicles must have a valid state license plate & a parking pass from the Front Office upon check-in. Towing is enforced. All motorized vehicles must have proof of insurance. Failure to maintain proper auto insurance will result in the prohibiting of use on property. All ATV/UTV and other large terrain vehicles are prohibited. Please make sure your vehicle is parked in the designated spot per your site.
Personal Golf Carts: All guests are permitted to bring their golf carts. Golf carts - gas or electric, the owner must maintain liability insurance. There is a $25 fee per reservation to bring your golf cart. All guests must not exceed the 5 MPH speed limit in all Golf Carts. All campers are solely responsible for any and all damages or injuries caused by the operation of a Golf Cart. All campers shall indemnify Adventures RV Resort for any and all legal claims brought by any 3rd party as a result of any activity related to the Golf Cart. Anyone operating a personal cart on resort premises must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age.
Respect Your Neighbor: Do not cut through sites and please keep your possessions on your site.
Quiet Time: Our quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. daily. Please, no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises during quiet hours. Also, we ask that you please be courteous to the guests around you during all hours of the day. The use of generators is prohibited. We do enforce a curfew – anyone under 18 years of age may not leave their campsite after 11:00 p.m. unless it is to and from the bathhouse.
Swimming Pools: All campers choose to enter the pools and lazy river and swim at their own risk. No minor children shall be permitted to swim without adult supervision provided solely by the adult who brought the minor child to the resort. No child 15 or under is permitted in the pool areas without guardian supervision. Diving and roughhousing are strictly prohibited. Adventures RV Resort shall not be liable for any damage or injury (including death) to any camper/guest/visitor/minor child resulting from any activities inside the pool area. All parties assume all risks associated with all swimming activities at the resort, including but not limited to, drowning, slipping, falling, sickness, or water damage to any equipment or possessions of any camper/guest/visitor/minor child.
Lazy River: All park guests agree to use the lazy river at their own risk and agree to hold the park harmless for any and all injuries that may occur, including death. Same rules apply for the lazy river as in the pools.
Waterslides: All campers choose to enter the waterslides and slide at their own risk. No minor children shall be permitted to slide without adult supervision provided solely by the adult who brought the minor child to the resort. Toddlers and babies are not allowed to go down the slides. Going together, going backwards, sitting on laps, tubes or any foreign object are all not permitted on the slides. All campers must abide by the rules set by Adventures. Adventures RV Resort shall not be liable for any damage or injury (including death) to any camper/guest/visitor/minor child resulting from any activities inside the waterslide area. All parties assume all risks associated with all swimming activities at the resort, including but not limited to, drowning, slipping, falling, sickness, or water damage to any equipment or possessions of any camper/guest/visitor/minor child.
All Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult inside all fenced pool areas.
All Children 6 and under must wear a life vest to enter the lazy river. The parent or guardian of all children is solely responsible for ensuring that the child wears life vests in the Lazy River.
All guardians will hold ARV harmless and indemnify ARV against any and all legal claims resulting from the use of the Lazy River, swimming pools, playgrounds, docks, lakes, ponds or any other use while the child is on ARV grounds.
All children wearing diapers must have a swim diaper, no regular diapers.
NO RUNNING, NO JUMPING, NO DIVING, NO GLASS, LAZY RIVER LIMITED TO 25 TUBES AT A TIME.
Lake/Ponds: Any camper/guest/visitor/minor child who enters the lake does so at their own risk. Adventures RV Resort shall not be liable for any damage or injury (including death) to any camper resulting from any activities taking place in the lake/pond. Adventures RV Resort does not maintain the lake bottom and is not associated with the risks of lake swimming including, but not limited to, drowning, current, wildlife, bottom debris, or any other thing causing damage or injury while in the lake/pond. All adults must keep watch of minor children in their custody while on or near the lake/pond waters. All campers should ensure that all minor children wear life vests if near the lake/pond.
Peddle Boats/Canoes/Kayaks/Paddle Boards: use of Paddle Boards, Kayaks, and other non-motorized floating devices are permitted in the park. Any camper using them should wear life vests for their own safety and they use such equipment at their own risk. Adventures RV Resort shall not be liable for any damage or injury (including death) to any camper resulting from any activities taking place in the lake/pond. All campers shall be solely responsible to ensure that their minor children and/or guests wear a life jacket while using any floating device in the lake/pond.
Sporting Equipment: Sporting equipment, including life vests and paddles are available to check out through the front desk or Recreation Center. A $20 deposit will be collected until such time as the sporting equipment has been returned. Campers should return the equipment to the same place where it was checked out. There is a 2 hour time limit permitted for sporting equipment.
Resort Sites & Common Grounds: The resort is 99 acres and has lots of common area and camp sites, these areas are often not graded or maintained and are not designed for access. Any camper/visitor/guest/minor child enters these areas at their own risk. Adventures RV Resort shall not be liable for any damage or injury (including death) to any camper/guest/visitor/minor child resulting from walking, slipping, tripping, falling, biking, jogging, or any other activities in any area of the resort.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms are on site and are provided to all resort guests free of charge. Bathrooms may be slippery from water as a result from a previous guest, do not enter a bathroom with wet floors and notify ARV management so that floors can be dried before you enter. Showers are also slippery when wet, especially if you use soap. All guests should bring their own shower mats to lay down in shower before use and take out after use. ALL GUESTS USE THESE FACILITIES AT THEIR OWN RISK. All guests must access the safety of these facilities before entering them. ARV shall not be liable for any guest who slips on wet bathroom floors or in the shower.
RV Age and Condition: While we do not have an age restriction, we do require that all units are in good working order and are clean. If an RV is deemed to be unsightly dirty, Adventures RV Resort reserves the right to request that the owner clean the unit immediately or vacate the resort. Adventures RV Resort also reserves the right to clean the unit with park staff and the owner hereby agrees to pay the park $350 dollars for the detailed cleaning should owner refuse to clean the unit or vacate the resort.
Primitive Camp Sites: Adventures RV Resort does have limited primitive camp sites. Maximum occupancy for such sites is 4 persons. Water is the only utility provided by the resort for these sites. Generators are not allowed on primitive sites. All policies and terms of the resort apply.
