I agree to the rate(s) and Date of Departure as noted above. Further, I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the amount of such charges is not paid.

1. Guest’s receiving monthly rates are assessed charges for electricity.
2. Picking up after pet is required.
3. Early departures will pay the current rate based on their length of stay. No refunds for Early Departures.
4. No vehicle of any type is allowed on the grass. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused to sprinkler heads, utilities, or grass.
5. Life jackets are required in the lake.
6. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for their children and guests while in the park. No removing or throwing of rock from parking pads. Unaccompanied children under 18 are not allowed in the clubhouse after 5pm.
7. Quiet time is 10pm-8am on weekdays and 11pm-8am on Friday and Saturday nights.
8. Only kin dried firewood is burned in firepits. No trash, cigarette butts, or lumber allowed.
9. I understand all boxes must be broken down and other garbage is bagged and sealed before they are put in dumpster. No garbage may be placed at curb after 10am or overnight.
10. I have received a copy of the General Rules and agree to abide by them.
