Refund Policy

All reservations require 100% payment at the time of booking.

Refunds due to incelement weather will not be issued. 

No refunds for early departures.

No refunds will be given for cancellations for holiday or special event weekends.

Shelters - No cancellations will be refunded less than thirty (30) days prior to the reservation.

All other reservation changes and cancellations require notice 72 hours prior to date of arrival. A $13 fee (per site reserved) is non-refundable for all cancellations regardlless of when the reservation is cancelled to cover processing fees. (i.e.,  A Friday reservation must be cancelled by Tuesday.)
