Cancellation Policies and Refunds

• No Show Policy - No refund available.
• Early check-out Policy - All sales are FINAL. No refunds are available.

Daily or Weekly RV (check-in at 12:00 noon)

There are no refunds if you cancel in less than 48 hours of your scheduled Check-in.  If you cancel 1 week prior to your arrival we will refund 50%, unless it is a Holiday.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival we will give a full refund.

Monthly

There are no refunds if you cancel in less than 48 hours of your scheduled Check-in.  If you cancel 1 week prior to your arrival we will refund 50% of your reservation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we will give a full refund. With either refund the monies are credited toward a future stay within the same calendar year.

Long-term Stay (6 months+)

There are no refunds if you cancel in less than 14 days prior to your scheduled Check-in. If you cancel within 30 days from your arrival, we will refund 50%.  However, the amount is transferable, once, to a future stay within the same calendar year.
