Refund Policy

DEPOSITS: Upon move-in there is a $150 deposit (paid by debit/credit card) which will be held until move-out. The $150 deposit is fully refundable when all funds (rent and utilities) are current at the time of move out. Otherwise this $150 will be used to pay the balance due with little to no refund after move-out.

REFUNDS: In the case of a refund, we will credit this to the same debit/credit card used at time of move-in. No checks will be issued.
