Cancellation Policy

The refund penalty is based on how far in advance you are cancelling.  Cancellations due to illness, including COVID-19, are subject to the terms below.  We understand that equipment and vehicles can break down, but those instances are also subject to the cancellation terms below.  

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 2 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 3 to 7 days prior to arrival, guest will recieve a 50% refund
Cancelling your reservation 8 to 13 days prior to arrival, guest will recieve a 75% refund
Cancellations 14 or more days will receive a full refund minus a 2% processing fee.

Note that changes to your reservation cannot be made within 1 week of your check-in date.  We cannot guarantee availability should you need to extend or adjust your dates.  Should we not be able to accommodate your revised dates, the above cancellation terms will apply to your reservation. 

Campsite reservations are not transferable and cannot be sold online.
