Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to first date of stay will incur a $25 cancellation fee and a full refund.

- Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days prior to first date of stay will receive a 50% refund. 

- Cancellations made within 30 days prior to first date of stay will forfeit entire payment or have the option to roll over into “Camp Credit” on a case-by-case basis. You must make a new reservation with your Camp Credit before the end of the season (October 15th), or else forfeit the entirety of your full payment. Please note, we have dynamic pricing, so if you use your Camp Credit during a time when rates are higher than what you originally paid, you will incur an outstanding balance. 

There is a 48-hour grace period from the actual time of booking to change your mind under certain conditions.  If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund without any cancellation fee. However, if the reservation is made within 30 days from the first date of stay and you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund and incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations made a week within the first date of stay have no 48-hour grace period. 

Any 48-hour grace period cancellations must be cancelled via phone with the front desk. Our booking system (Campspot) doesn’t have the capability to cancel a 48-hour grace period.

No refunds are made for any part of a 3-day holiday weekend reservation once the site has been booked. Once you cancel the reservation for the holiday weekend, no new charges will appear on your credit card, payments already made will not be refunded.  

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
