Check-in: is at 3:00pm (4:00pm for Cabins). Please note that there is a $10.00 fee per hour for early check-in. Please be sure to make arrangements before your check-in time as we do not have a staging area to hold guests.
Check-out: is at 12:00pm. Please note that a $10.00 fee per hour will be charged for late check-out.
No Refunds for Early Check-Out or Late Arrivals
General Park Rules & Policies
1.) Pets: A maximum of (2) domestic animals (cats or dogs) per site is allowed. No other Animals, like livestock, poultry, reptiles, insects or exotic pets are permitted at the park. We currently do not allow for aggressive breeds. We do require current proof of vaccinations on all dogs on the property. We encourage guests to email records to Info@alicespringsrvpark.com prior to your arrival, as this will expedite your check-in process.
a.) Proof of rabies vaccinations are mandatory upon arrival or prior to check-in - no exceptions.
b.) Please be sure to pick up after your pets. Failure to pick up poop will result in a $35.00 fee per instance.
c.) Pets must be on a leash at all times unless in designated dog park areas.
d.) Please do not leave your pet unattended outside.
e.) The owner of their pet is responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their pets. In addition, the owner of any pet that causes injury or damage to another is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. Alice Springs is not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by pets
f.) Pets are not permitted in public buildings or amenity areas, including the bathrooms, pavilion, and swimming pool. However, this restriction does not apply to service dogs, and pets are permitted in sheltered areas during inclement weather.
2.) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00pm – 7:00am every day except Saturday, in which it is 11:00pm – 7:00am. This also applies to children under 16 years of age who must be in their reserved sites by 10:00pm, or once it is dark. Please be respectful of your neighbors when enjoying outdoor activities and using audio devices.
3.) Parking: Please Park on your assigned site only, mindful that your tires are not on any grass areas or in the roadways. We do have designated overflow parking areas that are located on your map.
4.) Minimum Stay: During the peak season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), a minimum two-night stay is required for weekend reservations and a minimum three-night stay is required for holidays.
5.) Site Selection: We offer the opportunity to guarantee your favorite site or cabin by paying to lock the site with our ‘Lock Site’ option online. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed the size of site or cabin, but you are not guaranteed the specific location or unit number.
6.) Condition of RV’s and Campers: All motorhomes, RVs or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance, and self-contained. They cannot be older than 20 years old if you are staying as a long-term guest (3+ months). We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be in unacceptable condition.
7.) Rental of Sites: You must be at least 21 years old to rent RV campsites or cabins and be a member of the party camping each night. A valid driver's license or legal form of identification is required upon check-in. Only 8 registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at an RV site. Cabin occupancy is restricted based on size.
8.) Rental of Tent Sites: You must be at least 21 years old to rent a tent camping site and be a member of the party camping each night. A valid driver’s license or legal form of identification is required upon check-in.
a.) Tent campsites are intended for overnight use. An established campsite may not be left unoccupied for more than a 24-hour period.
b.) Reservations are held until 3p.m. one day after the scheduled arrival date. Failure to check-in within 24 hours of the check-in time will result in a “no-show” status and the reservation being cancelled without a refund.
c.) A tent camping reservation may not be made for more than 6 consecutive nights. We do not offer long-term tent site rentals.
d.) A tent camping reservation includes 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guest fees will apply for added guests, not to exceed 6 total guests per site.
e.) Only one tent is allowed per tent campsite.
f.) Pop-up shades may be used as long as any side attachments are see-through.
9.) Wristbands: Wristbands may be issued upon arrival to all people within your check-in party. We attempted to make the bands as comfortable as possible, because we request that guests wear them at all times on the grounds in order to be identified as a registered guest. The bands grant guests access and use of the parks’ amenities, activities, and facilities. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse access to any person not wearing a wristband.
i.) Visitors: Any non-registered guests (“Visitors”) of registered guests are permitted to enter the park with a day pass for the purpose of visiting registered guests on their campsite. All visitors must sign in at the front office and pay a daily fee ($10.00/person) to receive a temporary day parking pass along with a day pass wristband in order to have access to the grounds and activities.
ii.) Visitors are not allowed to bring pets to Alice Springs. Visitors must leave the grounds by 10:00pm. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their Visitors are properly registered, that all campground rules are followed, and that they leave by 10:00pm or before dark. We reserve the right to request that any visitor(s) depart or refrain from visiting our premises entirely. The Registered Guest is fully responsible for all actions or accidents of their visitor(s) while on Alice Springs property.
10.) Electrical: Guests are responsible for knowing how many amps their RVs require. Improper usage could result in electrical damage to a person or an RV. Please immediately notify the office of any electrical issues. No one (even if licensed to do so) is permitted to repair or otherwise alter our pedestals. Only one recreational vehicle may be hooked up to an electrical supply at each campground site.
11.) Laundry: The laundry room is open 24/7 and utilizes the app "WASH-Connect". They are not coin-operated machines. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. We reserve the right to remove any items left unattended
12.) Trash: Please do not leave trash out overnight. Locations of the dumpsters are on the map that you are given at check-in. Please break down your boxes, and please don’t dispose of household items, such as mattresses, vacuums, sofas, toilets, etc. Please don’t throw out motor oil, cooking oil, wires or any other toxic materials. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in charges for disposal fees of up to $250.00. Dumpster areas are under surveillance 24/7.
13.) Sewer Hose: A rubber donut or threaded connector is required to utilize Alice Springs sewer drainage system.
14.) Power: Surge protectors are required for all RVs. Each guest accepts full liability for any damage to person or RV by plugging into Alice Springs’ electricity.
15.) Kids: All children 15 years old and younger must be chaperoned by an adult inside all buildings, including the pool area, at all times. An adult must accompany any child 12 years old and younger in participation in any Alice Springs activities. Children must be accompanied to the restrooms after dark by a parent or guardian.
16.) Use of Resort and Recreational Facilities: By signing the Terms & Conditions, guests acknowledge and consent to the use of the resort's amenities, which include, but are not limited to: swimming and water-related amenities such as pools, hot tubs, sprinklers, and lakes; jump pillows, inflatable attractions including bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses; hiking and bicycle paths and trails; playgrounds; fishing areas; fitness equipment; basketball courts; volleyball; horseshoe pits; dog parks; shuffleboard; and naturally surfaced sports fields. These activities and amenities are provided for the enjoyment of guests and are subject to the resort's rules and regulations.
a.) By signing the Terms & Conditions, the participant acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the activities and the resort's natural environment which may result in injury, illness, death, or property damage.
b.) All amenities are subject to daylight hours unless otherwise specified.
17.) Fires: All campfires must be contained inside fire pits or inside designated fire rings. Any sites that have portable fire pits must be located on gravel or concrete, so that the heat does not damage the grass.
18.) Site & Park Navigation: Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not walk or drive your golf cart between sites when navigating the park.
19.) Washing: Washing your RV, golf cart, or vehicle is strictly prohibited within the park.
20.) Repairs: Repairs to your RV and/or vehicle are not permitted in the park. We have a Mobile RV repair company that is usually available to repair RVs onsite.
21.) Vehicle Policies:
a.) Speed limit: The speed limit at the park is 5 MPH and Strictly Enforced for everyone’s safety. The first instance of exceeding the speed limit will result in a warning. The second instance of exceeding the speed limit will result in a $35.00 fine. The third instance you will be asked to leave the park without a refund. No exceptions.
b.) Parking: Each guest registration covers one RV per site and two vehicles per site. Please do not park your vehicle (car, golf cart, trailer) on the grass on your assigned site.
i.) Any vehicles that do not fit completely on the site must be parked in our overflow lot. No vehicle may impede access to the campsite or be parked on the road.
ii.) Trailers and boats will cost an additional fee of $10.00/day for parking and storing in one of our overflow locations.
22.) Damage, Theft & Injuries: Alice Springs RV Park and its affiliates are not responsible for personal injuries; as well as damage and/or loss and/or theft of any personal property or vehicles.
23.) Pool Rules: Pool opens at 10am and closes at 10pm. All people 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult to be in the pool and within the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please always supervise children and follow all posted signs and rules.
a.) Guests are permitted to bring beverages, including alcohol, to the pool area. However, for safety reasons glass bottles are strictly prohibited. All beverages must be placed in koozies or similar protected sleeves and be kept at your chair. You cannot have beverages in or beside pool at any time. This rule is in place to prevent accidents and to maintain the safety of all guests using the pool facilities. Food is NOT permitted in the pool area.
b.) Dress Code: Proper swimming attire is required and must be appropriate for a family environment.
i.) Inappropriate swim attire includes but is not limited to jeans, cut offs, under-garments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity or discriminatory language or graphics.
ii.) The hot tub is adult use only. No children are allowed.
iii.) Children under 3 years of age and not potty trained must wear approved swimmers’ diapers in the pool.
c.) US Coast Guard approved life jackets and Puddle Jumpers are encouraged for all children 48” or less.
d.) Inclement Weather: for your safety, the pool area may need to close during severe weather, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or high winds. If weather causes a closure, every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
24.) Prohibited At Pool:
i.) Pets are not allowed, except for working service animals. Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in pools or in contact with the water.
ii.) Smoking of any kind is not allowed in or around the pool area; this includes e- cigarettes and vapes.
iii.) No personal music is allowed to be played at the pool. We will be hosting special events where music will be provided for the enjoyment of our guests.
25.) Behavior: We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. If a guest is unable to do so, this could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund.
26.) Severe weather: In case of severe weather, please seek shelter in the bathrooms. Signs for shelter areas are posted. Please don't leave pets in your RV during severe weather warnings. We suggest that you opt to allow Alice Springs to send you a text messages and/or download our app, so that you can be alerted when inclement weather is on its way. Please feel free to contact our front desk staff to assist you with receiving alerts.
27.) Safety and Emergencies: Emergency contact information forms are required from all guests. This information remains private and will be used only when a situation arises that would require staff to contact someone in the event of an emergency.
28.) Tarps, Tents, Shade Structures, other structures:
a.) We do not allow tents on any RV sites. Easy-up structures without side panels are for temporary use only, limited to (7) days unless approved by management.
b.) Exterior furnishings should be appropriate for outdoor camping use. Indoor furnishings including but not limited to sofas, chairs, refrigerators, freezers, kitchen tables, and exercise equipment is not allowed outside your camper.
c.) Fencing for your pet is limited to 24” in height. Leaving your pet outside unattended, even with fencing, is prohibited. You must always be present while your dog is outside.
d.) The campground prohibits flags, signs, or displays conveying political messages, including Confederate symbols, as well as those containing vulgar content, intimidating language, hostile imagery, or profanity. Any guest found to be displaying such items will be politely requested to remove them immediately. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the premises, as we strive to maintain a respectful atmosphere for all visitors.
e.) No oversized rugs or mats on the grass.
29.) Motorized Toys: Guests are not allowed to drive UTVs, quads, dirt bikes, etc. at the Campground or on the trails at the back of the property.
30.) Additional Rules: The use of firearms, archery, paintball, slingshots, air guns and illegal drugs are PROHIBITED in the campground. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort and a cleanup fee. No smoking in or within 30-ft of any building. Please dispose of butts properly or incur a $35.00 clean up fee per instance.
a.) Noxious Activities: No illegal, nauseous or offensive activities should be conducted at any site. This is defined as activities that are or could become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to your neighboring sites. We will not tolerate hostile intimidating, abusive or disruptive behavior, whether directed at management, staff or other campers.
*In accordance with State law, management may remove or cause any occupant, guest of the occupant, or other individual who, while on the premises of the campground, disturbs the peace and comfort of other occupants or who causes physical harm to the campground facilities.
31.) Drones: Drones are not permitted, unless approved by management.
32.) Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or harm they cause, whether to property or people, during their stay. This liability extends to their family members, pets, and visitors. We may charge guests for damages to our campground facilities, including water lines, sewage systems, cabin contents, furniture, landscaping, and excessive litter like trash, cigarette butts, and discarded items.
33.) Electricity Meter Readings: Monthly and long-term stays will be charged for their electricity every month. Alice Springs retains the authority to automatically deduct electricity charges associated with the card details we have on record.
34.) Generators: Generators are not allowed to be used at the campground.
35.) Hay-less Hayrides: Food and drinks are not allowed on the wagon. Pets are not permitted on the wagon, except for the service animals. All children participating in the wagon ride must be accompanied by an adult.
36.) Golf Carts: Guests are allowed to bring their own golf carts, but they must provide the park with current insurance paperwork for liability purposes. Guests with their own golf cart must also abide by the same rules a renter would when navigating the campground. Golf cart rules could be located further down on this contract.
37.) Long Term Guest Bookings: For long-term guest bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full one month prior to your scheduled arrival date. For bookings made within the same month as arrival, full payment is due immediately upon booking. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, and failure to make timely payments according to these terms may result in cancellation of your reservation.
38.) Consent For Photography: During your visit to the park, our staff may capture photos or videos of the grounds, events, activities, and guests for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes. These images could be displayed on the Alice Springs official website, social media platforms, brochures, and advertisements in both printed and digital formats. By utilizing the park's facilities or participating in activities, you grant permission for the park to use any captured images without compensation or additional consent. If you wish to revoke this permission, please email management@alicepsringsrvpark.com; however, previously published images may still be used.
39.) Campground Issues: In the event that you need immediate assistance, please contact the office (616) 527-1608. Someone will be available to take your call after hours. We kindly request that you refrain from interrupting our outdoor crew directly with concerns. Instead, please direct them to the front desk staff, management, or send us an email at info@alicespringsrvpark.com.
Cabin Terms & Conditions
Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: 12:00pm
A refundable deposit of up to $200.00 is required for all bookings and will be refunded within (5) business days of check-out pending any damage fees owed. Note: The processing time to receive the deposit back to your card is decided by your issuing bank.
Renter agrees to abide by all Alice Springs’ rules and ensure that Renter, Renter’s family, guests and visitors follow the same. Anyone asked to leave the campground for failure to follow park rules will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and all fees paid. Renter acknowledges that they have received a copy of, read and understand the following park rules:
1.) Renter agrees to NO SMOKING inside of cabins and further agrees to forfeit their deposit and an additional cleaning fee if Renter, Renter’s family, guests, or visitors smoke inside a unit.
2.) Renter agrees that NO PETS are allowed in any of the cabins (with the exception of our Pet Friendly ones), or outside the unit (for pet safety) and further agrees to an additional $200.00 cleaning fee if Renter, Renter’s family, guest or visitors bring a pet into the cabin without approval from management.
3.) Renter agrees to return all keys issued by the park at the end of the rental period and further agrees to pay a $100 re-locking fee if Renter, Renter’s family, guest, or visitors fail to return any of the keys.
4.) Renter agrees that upon entering the unit they will check all cabin inventory against the inventory list provided and will report any missing items immediately. Renter further agrees to assume responsibility that all cabin inventory items are accounted for before checking out and agrees to pay established replacement costs for any items found missing after Renter leaves. Alice Springs RV Park agrees to inform Renter of any discrepancies within (3) days of check out. Renter must return any missing items within (7) days thereafter to avoid replacement costs.
5.) Renter agrees to inform management as soon as possible of any damage or items not in working order.
6.) Renter agrees to properly clean all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, and utensils used and to sweep out the cabin before leaving. Garbage is to be taken to dumpsters, located on your map that you received at check-in.
7.) Renter agrees that if the unit is left in an unclean condition, the guest will forfeit their deposit. Alice Springs RV Park agrees to inform Renter of any discrepancies within (3) days of checking out.
8.) Renter and Renter’s guests agree to hold Alice Springs RV Park and its affiliates harmless against and release all claims, actions, and demands for damage, expenses or causes of action that could arise either as a result of damage to the property of the Renter and/or Renter’s family guests or visitors while on Alice Springs property or as a result of injuries or liabilities sustained by Renter and/or Renter’s family guests or visitors, while on Alice Springs property. Renter acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers that may occur pursuant to Renter’s use of and stay on Alice Springs property including the risk of injury, disability, death, or property damage. Renter agrees to carry appropriate insurance for the above situations.
9.) Renter acknowledges that the official check-out time is 12:00pm on their designated departure date. Renter understands that there are no refunds for early departure.

Golf Cart Rental Terms
Golf carts are available for rent during our regular business hours. Each rental must be returned within 24 hours of pickup (or at the conclusion of the rental period).
A refundable deposit of $200 is required for all golf cart rentals and will be refunded within (5) business days of check-out pending any damage fees owed and if rules have not been broken during duration of rental. Note: The processing time to receive the deposit back to your card is decided by your issuing bank.
Our golf carts seat (4) people, and you must be at least 21 years of age to rent a golf cart, and at least 18 years of age (with a valid driver's license on file) to drive the golf cart.
Guests are allowed to bring their own golf carts, but they must provide the park with current insurance paperwork for liability purposes. Guests with their own carts must adhere to the same rules as our golf cart renters must. Golf cart owners assume all risk associated with the storing and driving of their golf carts on the premises. You must have working front and rear lights for driving after dusk. If you bring your own golf cart and wish to allow your child (age 16 or older) to drive it, you must provide the front desk with your child’s valid driver’s license for them to keep on file. Without this, they will not be permitted to drive the cart on the property.
Golf Cart Rules on Campground
1.) Golf carts must be operated safely and responsibly. The speed limit for golf carts is 5 mph, and horseplay, racing, or misuse of the cart is strictly prohibited. Carts should only be driven on campground roadways or designated trails, never through campsites or restricted areas.
2.) Golf carts must always remain on Alice Springs RV Park property.
3.) Golf carts must be returned at the designated time. Late returned carts will incur a $10.00 fee for each half hour late.
4.) All passengers must always be seated when the cart is in motion.
5.) Please report any malfunctions to the main office immediately.
6.) Operators and passengers of golf carts are prohibited from having open containers of alcohol while on campground property. Violation of this rule will result in loss of golf cart rental and/or driving privileges and/or potential eviction from the property without refund.
Any individual found violating these rules will lose all rental privileges and be prohibited from operating their own golf cart on the property. No refunds will be given if the golf cart needs to be returned due to lessee misuse, and the security deposit will be forfeited to cover any damages to the vehicle.
Violating any of the following rules will be caused for immediate loss of rental privilege and will forfeit their deposit:
1.) Underage drivers: anyone under the age of 18 operating the golf cart.
2.) Invalid driver’s license or no driver’s license.
3.) Reckless driving.
4.) Drinking alcohol while driving or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Golf Cart Rental Agreement
1.) Lessee acknowledges that the equipment is leased by Alice Springs RV Park (“Lessor”) to Lessee for the use and purpose for which it was manufactured subject, however, to the terms and conditions set forth in this Golf Cart Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”).
2.) Lessee agrees to obey all state, federal, and local regulations, laws, ordinances and lawful directives from all appropriate emergency or law enforcement personnel, while operating or renting golf carts or equipment from Lessor. Lessee is solely responsible for any citation or violation occurring during the use of, or as a result of using the golf car or other equipment from Lessor.
3.) Lessee represents that he or she is familiar with how to safely operate a golf cart. Golf carts are available for pickup at check-in time, and you will have an opportunity to inspect the equipment. Lessee shall return the equipment to the place of the initial rental no later than the date and time specified on the reservation (LESSEE SHALL CONTACT LESSOR IF AN EXTENSION OF TIME IS DESIRED) or upon Lessor’s demand, therefore. The equipment shall be returned to the Lessor in the exact same condition as it was provided to Lessee.
4.) Lessee shall pay to Lessor, upon demand, rental for the equipment at the rate charged until the equipment is returned to Lessor. Daily rates will apply unless other arrangements are made with the Lessor in advance. Daily rates will apply if the equipment is kept after the scheduled return date, and Lessor will construe the retention of the golf cart beyond the scheduled return date as additional rental under the same terms and conditions as originally contained in this Agreement. All days, including weekends and holidays, are chargeable.
5.) Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the loss of, or any damage to the equipment while it is rented to Lessee and for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by Lessor in collecting and amount owing by Lessee hereunder or in otherwise enforcing Lessor’s rights hereunder. Below are the typical amounts Lessee can expect to incur various damage to the golf cart (but by no means are a limitation):

6.) Use and control of a golf cart, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, from one location to another, from one individual to another, but the risks of driving, riding, or using a golf cart range from minor injuries to major and catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. Lessee understands and agrees that it is his or her responsibility to assess the hazards presented by the use of the golf cart and further agrees that he or she is the ultimate judge as to whether he or she can use the golf cart without harm to himself/herself and others.
7.) Lessee hereby indemnifies, releases, and agrees to protect and hold harmless Lessor and Alice Springs RV Park, its officers, owners, employees, and agents (collectively “Lessor and Its Related Parties”) from and against all claims, causes of action, and/or liability arising out of or related to Lessee’s or Lessee’s guests’ use of the golf cart or other equipment described above, and/or any condition therein, without limit and without regard to the cause or causes therefore, the negligence of Lessor and Its Related Parties.
8.) To the extent permitted by law, Lessee hereby indemnifies, releases, and agrees to protect and hold harmless Lessor and Alice Springs RV Park its officers, owners, employees, and agents (“Lessor Parties”) from and against all claims, causes of action, and/or liability arising out of or related to Lessee’s use or Lessee’s guests’ use of the golf cart or other equipment described above, and/or any condition therein, without limit and without regard to the cause or causes thereof or the gross negligence of Lessor Parties.
9.) Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Lessor governing the use of the equipment. (ONLY HOLDERS OF A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER MAY OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.)
10.) If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal, voice, or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain operative and binding on the parties. Lessee shall not assign this Agreement or sublease the equipment.
11.) All equipment rentals shall be paid in full at the time of booking. In addition, a $200 holding fee will be charged on Lessee’s credit card as a security deposit, and Lessee authorizes Lessor to charge his/her credit card for any damage for which Lessee is responsible under the terms of this Agreement.
12.) Lessee has read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understands its terms, and understands that he or she is giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue Lessor, its members, officers, employees, and agents. Lessee also understands that, in addition to binding himself or herself, this agreement binds his or her heirs, executors, personal representatives, attorneys-of-law, attorneys- in-fact, administrators, and assigns. Lessee acknowledges that he or she is signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily and intends by his or her signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. Lessee hereby asserts that use of the golf cart is voluntary and that he or she knowingly assumes all such risks incident to using the golf cart.
13.) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Lessee and Lessor and no term may be waived or modified except in writing signed by both parties. There are no warranties, express or implied, by Lessor to Lessee, except as contained herein, and Lessor is not liable for any loss or injury to Lessee nor to anyone else, of any kind or however, caused. This Agreement is one of bailment only and Lessee is not Lessor’s agent while using the golf cart or other equipment described above.
