Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancellation Policy:

• RV & Tent Sites:  48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify by 4pm two days before scheduled arrival.
• Camping Cabins:  7 days cancellation notice is required. Notify one week before scheduled arrival.
• Deluxe Cabins:  Full stay charged at time of reservation. 1st night is non-refundable. Full deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.

Holiday Cancellation Policy:

• Holidays: Full stay will be charged at time of reservation. 1st night is non-refundable. Full deposit non-refundable within 7 days of arrival date. Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends are considered holidays.

All cancellations require a minimum $20 cancellation fee, if canceling after the 48 hour or 7 day window, then the full deposit will not be refunded.
