Park Rules and Regulations

Unlawful Acts include but are not limited to the following:

  • Destroying, defacing, disturbing, or removing any part of any building, sign, structure, or equipment.
  • Destroying, cutting, breaking, removing, defacing, mutilating, injuring, taking or gathering any tree, shrub, other plant or plant part, rock, mineral, or geological feature except by permit.
  • Dumping any refuse or waste, including grey water, from any trailer or other vehicle except in places or receptacles provided for such use.
  • Operating vehicles in a reckless manner, or in excess of posted speed limits, or in areas other than those specifically intended for vehicular traffic.
  • Consuming or displaying in public any beverage of alcoholic content, including beer and wine or controlled substance.
  • Acting in a disorderly manner or creating any noise which would result in annoyance to others.
  • Entering a facility or area without regard to restrictions on public.

Pets Policy:  

Allison Creek Park is pet friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash. County Ordinance states that pet owners must pick up their pets' body waste. For your convenience, pet stations are located throughout the park. Saddle, pack, and/or draft animals are prohibited on park property. 

Campground Rules and Regulations:

  • ENFORCEMENT: Park staff have the authority to enforce all park regulations and assign campsites. Failure to abide by park rules can lead to temporary or permanent exclusion or prosecution.
  • Golf carts must display a valid permit at all times and must be driven by a licensed driver with no restrictions. 
  • GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON TRAILS.
  • RV campsites are allowed either a maximum of one RV and one tent or two tents per site. 
  • No more than 6 people (or one family unit) may occupy the same RV campsite.
  • Primitive tent sites are allowed to have only one tent per site. No more than 4 people or one family unit may occupy the same primitive tent site. 
  • Check in between 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Check out by 12:00 p.m.
  • Site change must be approved by park staff.
  • Maximum length of stay on a particular site is 14 nights. Cancellations are subject to fees based on the notice given. 
  • York County senior citizens (age 60 and older) and permanently disabled may register for a campsite at a reduced rate. The qualifying individual must be present for the duration of the stay. Proof of age or disability is required at check in
  • No storage of RV’s, campers or boat trailers allowed.
  • Campers must be at least 21 years of age to register a campsite, and must be present throughout the duration of the stay.
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Strictly Enforced.
  • Fireworks are prohibited.
  • All fires must be confined to designated grills or fire rings. Moving of fire rings is prohibited.
  • No off road vehicles allowed (UTV/ATV or Dirt Bikes)
