Refund Policy

AOAP Cancellation, and Refund Policies 

Amount due at booking/paid in full date: 

14 days or MORE from the date of arrival: 25% of full amount, as a deposit, is due at booking. 13 or less days from the date of arrival: 100% of full amount due at booking 

If guest booked further out than 15 days, their remaining balance is due 14 days from the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cxl 14 days or more from the date of arrival full refund of initial 25% deposit. 

If 13 days or less from the date of arrival then site is put back into inventory and if it rents for their dates then guest receives full refund. No cancellation fee. 

If it does not re-rent then 75% is refundable (we keep their initial 25% deposit). Reservation is  transferable however, if the reservation information is updated and a new card is put on file (to a friend or  family member). 

Security Deposit: $50 refundable security deposit charged when they pay in full. Upon check out if all is  well (site is left free of trash, no damage to pedestal for hook ups) then full amount is refunded.
