TERMS AND CONDITIONS - AOAP

 

We're looking forward to seeing you here at  America's Outdoor Adventure Park!

 

The following are some general terms and conditions, as well as expected conduct, for your stay with us at the Park.

 

Check in:  3 p.m.

Check out:  11 a.m.

 

Late check outs or early check ins, if available, are an additional fee. 

 

No pets allowed if staying in a cabin.  Pet friendly cabins are coming soon however!

 

Pets are allowed in the RV sites as well as primitive camping.  All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.  Please pick up after your pet.  Never leave your pet unattended for any long periods of time and leashing or tying any animal to a tree or anything else is strictly prohibited.

 

Please remove all muddy shoes before entering your cabin.  Do not use any provided linens to clean off your vehicle or anything else.

 

We do not provide cleaning services during your stay, but we do have a free laundry area located on the NE side of the bathhouse.  Feel free to use that should you require fresh linens or towels. Laundry detergent is NOT provided, but we offer it for sale in our General Store or you may bring your own.

Guests are responsible for any damaged, or stolen property. The card on file is subject to charge for any damages, or missing items. 

We do not do any kind of trash pick up - dumpsters are provided on property for your convenience and extra trash bags are provided for you.  

 

WI FI codes will be posted in your unit.

 

There is a General Store on property for your convenience, that carries commonly used items.

 

UPON CHECKOUT PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

 

Remove all remaining trash and take all food and drink with you.  

 

Turn off all lights and turn off the air conditioning unit please.

 

AOAP is a family friendly park.  We want you to have fun but please adhere to the following:

 

No excessive alcohol use.

 

No illegal drug use.

 

No smoking in any Indoor area, or Rental Unit. 

 

After dark all vehicles must use headlights.

 

Respect your neighbors - no noise or disturbances after 10 p.m. 

 

No campfire should be left unattended and should be put completely out when done. 

 

Observe all posted signs, especially our posted speed limits.

 

Ride on marked trails only.  

 

Children must be under parental supervision at all times.  

 

Fireworks are not permitted.

 

Any type of firearm is not permitted without the appropriate license to carry.  

 

Park staff are here for your convenience and protection - please listen when park staff asks you to do, or not do something.  

 

Anyone disregarding our conduct standards will be asked to leave without a refund.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

 

In consideration for entrance onto the premises and participation in or observation of any event, including general park usage, I do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless America's Outdoor Adventure Park LLC, Odyssey Resorts LLC, AOAP Operations LLC, or any owner/owners thereof, leased land owners Cody and Felicia Robinett, Jeff Weaver, John Fields, Shane Wakeland, sponsors, park employees or contractors, volunteers and/or their heirs (hereafter referred to as the RELEASEES) from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me, while in, or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of RELEASEES, or otherwise and regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, to the fullest extent as allowed by law.  I understand that the activities and events herein are inherently dangerous and may pose a risk of harm.  I hereby assume full responsibility for, and risks of, bodily injury, death or property damage due to the negligence of RELEASEES or otherwise while in or upon the premises while observing, participating, working for, or any other purpose related to activities or events at the Park.

 

It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, all heirs, assignees and personal representatives, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue or take legal action against the above named RELEASEES.  Any portion of this document deemed unlawful or unenforceable is severable and shall be stricken without any effect on the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

Photographs and/or video will be taken on this property. By being on property you hereby grant the event organizers and/or their agents, full rights to use the resulting images for publicity or other purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases. 

 

I understand that no minors are to be allowed or left unaccompanied in the Park at any time.  I agreed to follow the Oklahoma State Laws/Statutes as they apply to minors and the riding of on or off-road vehicles at all times.  

 

I agree to follow all safety rules in and on off-road vehicles at all times including but not limited to posted speed limits and the use of helmets at all times.

 

IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent (or that my legal guardian is executing this Agreement on my behalf); and I execute this Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
