Terms & Conditions for our guests:
The following rules have been designed for the safety and enjoyment of our campers.
Violators of these rules will be asked to leave the campground without refund.
Watch out for the little ones, remember 5MPH speed limit on the campground.
Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in: 1:00 PM for RV sites
- Check-in: 3:00 PM for cabins (call if need early checkin)
- Check-out: NOON for RV sites
- Check-out: 10:00 AM for cabins (ask if need late checkout)
ATV’s and golf carts are allowed to drive on the gravel to and from their campsite. Adhere to the 5 MPH speed limit. No tearing up the gravel or any campsite. Going to the beach? Please park by the Orchard or Guest Parkong on Anchor Bay unless arranged otherwise with owner.
Life Jackets must be worn on the campground-supplied floaties and in the swim area and campground supplied kayaks/SUP/canoes/paddle boat. This is an insurance rule. We have lifejackets to borrow at the kayak rack, infant through adult sizes.
NO fireworks. The shooting of fireworks will result in immediate removal from the campground.
We love our pets like we love our children however pets must be on a leash at ALL times. Remember you must clean up after your pets.
You are responsible for your children and any minor guests.
Keep our fire risk low. Only one fire ring allowed per site. Abide by state laws regarding the movement of firewood.
Do not dig on your site. Do not remove any trees on your site. Do not build on your site before checking.
Absolutely NO drones.
Only one family and one camping unit per site. A family is two adults and two minor unmarried children. No tents on a RV site. Each site is allowed one vehicle with parking of such vehicle dependent upon the site. Extra parking available at Orchard on Anchor Bay.
No trailer or boat storage is available unless you place it on your own site. Limited availability near Orchard on Anchor Bay. .

Additional Terms & Conditions for our Guests using our SUP/kayaks/canoes/paddle boat: Every person over the age of five must be able to swim. The Campground does not provide rescue services. Guests must be able to swim and care for themselves on the water until assistance can reach them or they can swim to shore. This includes being able to care for small children. Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions. Weather can change suddenly and unpredictably. In the event of lightning, strong winds, high waves, heavy rain, hail or other weather condtions, Guests are required to return to the Campground immediately and secure themselves and the kayak/canoe/SUP/pedal boat.
Additional Terms & Conditions for our Cabin Guests:
This agreement is made between the undersigned ("Guest") and Anchor Campgrounds (Fridays Outdoors, d/b/a/ Anchor Campgrounds). The parties hereto agree as follows:
Guest shall use the above selected cabin ("Cabin") for residential purposes and leave the Cabin in the same condition as found on the check-in date, less normal wear, and agrees to immediately reimburse Anchor Campgrounds for any damages to the Cabin, furniture, fixtures, appliances, decor, equipment and all other personal property inside the Cabin which occurs during the Guest's stay at the Cabin. Guest shall ensure that Guest and all other persons occupying the Cabin adhere to all psoted rules and regulations applicable to the Cabin and Anchor Campgrounds, including but not limited to those posted at the Cabin and those listed next to the Campground restroom facility.
If the Cabin becomes uninhabitable by reason of destruction, damage, natural disaster or any other reason beyond the control of Anchor Campgrounds, the Guest's reservation chall be canceled and Guest shall receive a return of Guest's full deposit. Anchor Campgrounds shall not be liable for any damages (consequential or otherwise), monetary losses, or alternative reservations associated with the cancellation of the Guest's reservation for the reasons described above.
Additional guests above the Cabin limits stated above are permitted upon pre-approval and an additional $15/day upon arrival per additional person.
Pets are allowed on the premises, provided an additional $50 per pet, per stay, is paid upon arrival.
In the even of cancellation the 25% reservation deposit shall be forfeited.
Guest agrees to hold Anchor Campgrounds and Mike & Tammy Friday harmless for any and all injuries sustained at the Cabin, the Anchor Campgrounds and surrounding areas. Furthermore, Guest understands the inherent dangers associated with outdoor recreation, including but not limited to those related to rivers, lakes, campfires, fishing, camping and hiking.
This agreement shall be governed by Wisconsin state law and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the perties hereto, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. In the unlikely event of litigation, the parties agree to litigate exclusively in Washburn County, Wisconsin, and agree that the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
