Cancellation Policy

Deposit/Cancellation: For a stay of 29 days or less, a deposit equal to the cost of your 1st nights rent is due at reservation. No Cancellation fees if you cancel 7 days before arrival, less than 7 days before arrival deposit is forfeited. The cost of your entire stay is due upon check-in. For a stay of 30 days or more, a deposit of $150.00 is due at reservation. No cancellation fee if you cancel 14 days before arrival, less than 14 days deposit if forfeited.

Move Out Policy: Tenants are required to email a 30-day notice, failure to do so could result in a $15.00 fee and/or forfeit of deposit.
