Terms & Conditions

By accepting this reservation, the guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue AOK Campground & RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, the guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AOK Campground & RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses, and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that AOK Campground & RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. AOK Campground & RV Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant, or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

SPEED LIMITS: 

• The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 mph. For the safety of all guests, speed limits must be obeyed.

CAMPSITES:

• NO WASHING OF RVS AND OR VEHICLES.
• No servicing of cars or RV’s or any mechanical repairs
• Clotheslines or tarps are not permitted.
• Tent camping is not permitted on RV sites.
• No mats or rugs are permitted on grass.
• Please dispose of your cigarettes appropriately if you smoke, and not in the yards, park grounds, or fire rings.
• No political signage, banners, or flags are allowed.
• Generators are prohibited.
• Your site # is subject to change prior to your arrival unless a lock site fee is paid during the time of booking. 

PARKING & ADDITIONAL VEHICLES: 

• All parking MUST be on the gravel. Parking on the grass ANYWHERE within the park is not permitted. 
• If you are bringing an additional vehicle and there is not enough space on your site, the main parking area in front of the campground must be used. Please be considerate when pulling in and out of your site to ensure driving and parking are on graveled surfaces within the campground. 
• Any damage to the site, including utilities, tire ruts, electric pedestals, hydrants, etc., will be the guest's responsibility and charged to the guest’s account.

WIFI:

• While WiFi is available on the campground property, please be advised that the strength, speed and availability on the internet is conditional upon the amount of logged in devices and weather conditions. 

VISITORS:

• Visitors are welcome. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop by the office to register. There is a $6/day per visitor fee (Children 5 and under are free), which gives them access to all amenities.
• All visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines and are required to be off-site by 10:00 pm.
• Any visitors unable to park on the gravel at a guest's site must park in front of the campground in the main parking lot of the grounds. Do not block roads for parking.

QUIET TIME & SAFETY AFTER DARK:

• As this campground is a family-friendly place, we ask our guests to avoid excessive noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• Loud or offensive noises, loud radios or disturbances, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time. Please be considerate of your neighbors. 
• We recommend carrying a flashlight with you during nighttime.

FIRE PITS: 

• Bonfires are the camper's responsibility and are restricted to the fire ring. Burning of trash and large fires is strictly prohibited. Please put your fire completely out before leaving the area.

Fishing:

• No license required; catch and release only!

RV & Tent sites:           CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM    CHECK-OUT:  12:00 PM (Noon)

Wagon & Cabin sites: CHECK-IN: 2:00 PM    CHECK-OUT:  11:00 AM

• You do not need to contact the office for checkout.

FIREWORKS / FIREARMS: 

• No fireworks, firecrackers, rockets, or any other type of explosives are allowed on the campground at any time.
• Use or possession may result in eviction. 

FACILITIES:

• Restrooms, showers, and laundry are located on the lower level of the main building.
• Please be considerate of other campers when using facilities.
• If there are any problems, please contact the main office immediately so all guests can enjoy the facilities.

PET POLICIES:

• Pets must always be on a leash and accompanied by an adult.
• To keep our campground clean, pet owners must pick up after their pets and place all solid pet waste in trash receptacles.
• Please do not leave your pets unattended at any time, including the dog park. 
• Pets are prohibited in the bathrooms, laundry, playground, volleyball field, or pool area.

TRASH & GARBAGE DISPOSAL:

• All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpsters located at the entry of the campground.
• No large items, propane bottles, chemicals, batteries, etc., are allowed.
• Recycle bins for aluminum cans are in front of the laundry room.

ACCESSING THE POOL AREA:

• Pool hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm unless otherwise stated.
• Entering the pool area is at your own risk. All children aged 13 and under must be supervised by an adult.
• No glassware or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.

BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS:

• In case of bad weather conditions, the laundry room can be used as a shelter.

WAGON RENTAL POLICY:

• No climbing inside or outside of the wagon
• No open fire inside the wagon
• No sharp objects are to be used inside or near the wagon; you are responsible for any damage.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING (including vaping and other electronic smoking devices) in the wagon.
• Pets are not allowed in the wagon.
• A fee of $75.00 will be charged to the renter’s account for any INFRINGEMENT.

CABIN RENTAL POLICY:

• No open fire inside the cabin.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING (including vaping and other electronic smoking devices) in the cabin.
• Pets are not allowed in the cabin.
• A fee of $75.00 will be charged to the renter’s account for any INFRINGEMENT.

Septic:

• Please dispose of any feminine or paper products in the trash. Please do not flush down any RV Site or shower house toilets, as it adversely affects our plumbing system. Please do not dispose of chemical products in our sewer system, as we are connected to a wastewater treatment facility.

Alcohol:

• Alcohol is permitted on the property, however, MINORS in possession of alcohol or illegal substances will be evicted & authorities will be notified. ADULTS causing problems while intoxicated and/or in possession of illegal substances will be evicted. Drunken behavior and excessive use of alcohol or drinking & driving any type of motor vehicle will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.  

Office Hours:

• Office Hours are Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
•                                              Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Other Rules:

• Solicitation or selling any item (including the resale of a campsite) is strictly prohibited.
• Removal of plants, animals, rocks, or downed timber is prohibited.

 

LULE LLC dba AOK Campground and RV Park is not responsible for any injuries to guests or pets, thefts, and/or damage to guest property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to require any guest to vacate the park for rule violations or behavior that disturb our guests, with no refund will be given.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for the non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

AOK Campground & RV Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing, howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
