Cancellation Policy

DAILY SITES:

• If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
• If you cancel your reservationon the day of or within seven (7) days of your arrival, your entire deposit is forfeited.

LEISURE LIVING Vacation Rentals:

• If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00.
• If you cancel your reservation within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival, your entire deposit is forfeited.
• All Leisure Living rates and taxes must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
   

Online Reservation Fee is not refundable.

Please ensure that your arrival and departure dates are correct. If there are any
mistakes, let us know immediately. Changes may not be available when you arrive.
There is a NO REFUND POLICY after check-in. Payments will only be
accepted in Cash, American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

Daily Site charges cover a family of four (4) people and two (2) vehicles. Your camping unit
counts as one of the two (2) vehicles. We will charge the current rate for more than two (2) vehicles.

The gate closes at 1:00 A.M. to incoming traffic.
