Motorhomes and campers should enter the campground via the Lake Arrowhead entrance by the traffic light.

Campsite Check-In: 12:00 PM

Campsite Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Leisure Living Check-In: 4:00 PM

Leisure Living Check-Out: 10:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICIES

DAILY SITES:

• If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged.

• Reservations canceled within seven (7) days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

 

LEISURE LIVING VACATION RENTALS:

• A cancellation fee of $40.00 will be charged.

• Reservations canceled within two weeks (14 days) of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

• All Leisure Living rates and taxes must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

*Online Reservation Fee is non-refundable.

** Linens are not provided in rental units.

 

Please ensure the accuracy of your arrival and departure dates. Notify us immediately of any mistakes, as changes may not be available upon arrival.

 

REFUND POLICY

• There is a NO REFUND POLICY after check-in. Payments are accepted in Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

• No refunds post-check-in for inclement weather*, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner retains discretion on all refunds.

• Daily Site charges cover a family of four (4) people and two (2) vehicles. Your camping unit counts as one of the two (2) vehicles. Additional charges apply for more than two (2) vehicles.

• Pets and Smoking are prohibited in Leisure Living Rentals. Evidence of Pets/Smoking forfeits the deposit.

• We do not guarantee specific sites but will consider your area preference.

• Personal Golf Carts are permitted with proof of insurance ($25,000) and a daily fee of $20.00.

• ONLY LICENSED DRIVERS are allowed to operate golf carts (Apache policy and South Carolina State Law).

PETS

Breeds of Dogs not allowed: Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans & Siberian Huskies.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

• Rates are based on a 4-person occupancy; there is a charge for additional guests.
