Cancellation policy

• Cancellations 30 or more days prior to your reservation date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations less than 8-30 days prior to your reservation date will incur a $45 Cancellation Fee with the remaining reservation total refunded to the payment type used.
• Cancellations within 7 days of your reservation date will receive no refund.
• If you decide to leave early within your reservation, there will be no prorated refund. If you book a 10 day reservation and leave on day 6, you will not get a 4 day refund. No exceptions.
• Violations of any Terms and Conditions which result in you being asked to leave the Park, will result in the forfeiture of remaining reservation funds and deposits.
