By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Around the Bend RV Park Terlingua for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Standing Pines from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Around the Bend RV Park Terlingua may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Around the Bend RV Park Terlingua reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Damages or excessive cleaning fees can be charged to guest even after departure. Park will notify guest within 48 hours if such ferss are applied. Around the Bend reserves the right to charge the payment method the guest provided at checkout.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 28 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 29 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.

Check-In Time is 1 PM Check-Out Time is 11 AM

There will be a $30 fee if you depart past 11:00 am. Departing past 1 pm will be charged the Nightly rate of $60 per night.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 Pm to 7:00am

All sites are gravel sites

Must leave campsite / campground clean upon departure - leave it as you found.

Please leave all landscaping as you found it, look but don't touch. (example: digging up desert plants, hanging items from trees, moving rocks, taking fossils, etc).

All outdoor lighting should be turned off when not needed. Please be respectful of our dark skies.

Washing of vehicle or campers is prohibited.

All personal property brought into the campground is at the registered camper’s risk and campground management shall bear no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of such property. All campers assume the responsibility of maintaining proper insurance on their camper & personal property. We are not responsible for any damage to any camper or personal property for any reason including an act of God (i.e. wind, lightning, hail, fallen branches, trees, embers that drift onto property, etc.) accident, fire or vandalism.

Must check with management prior to putting any stakes in the ground.

Fires are permitted in established fire pits only (as long as a burn ban is not in place). Fires must be completely extinguished when unattended. Remember - the Big Bend Area is a desert and fires can spread fast out here. Be responsible!

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Around the Bend RV Park Terlingua or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
