Terms & Conditions

GENERAL RESORT RULES 

• We do not allow RV's that are 25 years old or older for transient only, for Annual it is 15 years maximum age
• Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00am. Disturbing noise is NOT permitted at any time. Loud parties, radio, TV, or other excessive noise will not be allowed at any time. When talking or partying outside your RV please be mindful of your neighbors. Between November 1st and April 30th quiet hours on Friday and Saturday night will start at 11pm (until 8am)
• The resort speed limit is 5 miles per hour. For the safety of our guests, please observe the speed limits. 
• Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children. Never leave children unattended, in vehicles or elsewhere in the park. Parents are responsible for damage caused by their children. 
• Drunk and disorderly conduct will not be permitted. Anyone deemed intoxicated or causing a scene will be asked to retire to your RV and if you refuse you will be evicted. 
• Possession or discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly forbidden. 
• No bicycling, skateboarding or rollerblading after dark. 
• No smoking or vaping allowed in any RV Park buildings. 
• No solicitation of any kind allowed in the park. No sales or display of goods permitted at the individual sites. 
• No “homemade” RVs or school buses are allowed without prior approval. Tents are not permitted. The staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any rigs based on noise, aesthetics or other offensive attributes. 
• Long term stays (30+ days) will have additional terms and conditions. That will need to be signed in the office upon arrival.

Aruba RV Resort reserves the right to make and enforce any other rules and regulations deemed necessary for the safety, convenience, comfort, and enjoyment of its guests and tenants. 

USE OF YOUR SITE 

• Clotheslines are not permitted you can have a fridge or freezer under awning or in screen room no taller than 6' height 3'
• Fireworks are prohibited at all times this also include sparklers of any kind
• Fire pits must be above ground and do not damage our lawn and must be attended to until ash is cold. Gas and Charcoal grills are permitted at your site. 
• All use of firearms, bow & arrows or slingshots or any other weapons on the premises are prohibited. They must be securely encased within the unit and never carried within the park. The State of Florida prohibits open carry of any firearm. Therefore, persons showing these firearms in the open will be asked to leave the park immediately.
• Please keep your outside area clean and uncluttered. Outside storage bins or storage under your RV. 
• 2 vehicles are allowed per site. Vehicles may not be parked on other sites or on the roads. Storage is available for a reasonable fee if needed. 
• NO automotive repairs or oil changes are permitted on sites. No washing of vehicles. 

VISITORS 

• Residents must register all their guests/visitors who will be using community facilities or who will be present for more than twenty-four (24) hours in any calendar month. A fee is required for all overnight guests, due upon arrival (six dollars per night).

TRASH 

• Trash is to be taken to the dumpster by the workshop (please see park map for reference). All trash and waste must be in plastic bags

PETS 

• pets must be licensed and registered with management approval must be obtained to keep a pet in the community
• Absolutely NO AGGRESSIVE pets allowed in the park at any time
• Pets shall be kept on resident's lot at all times except when being exercised during a walk, at which time the animal shall be on and walked only in the streets and any other designated pet walk areas; please do not walk animals near any common areas. At no time shall a pet be left outdoors unattended.
• Pet droppings must be cleaned up immediately and MUST be placed in plastic bags tightly sealed and disposed of in trash containers. Pet owners not abiding will be evicted.
• All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times except inside the dog park. 
• Pets are prohibited from common area facilities, including but not limited to, the office, bar/restaurant clubhouse area, laundry, etc. This does not apply to legitimate assistance animals.
• Animals cannot be vicious, dangerous, or create a nuisance that interferes with the peaceful use or enjoyment of the premises by others. Dogs and cats must wear identification tags at all times.
• Pets must maintain current rabies and other inoculations
• If the site is left with dog feces you will be charged $50.00 for clean up fees; strictly enforced!

Swimming Pool

• IMPORTANT NOTICE No lifeguard is on duty. No running or diving . Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.
• Pool Hours are dawn to dusk. Please ask management to unlock during these hours and remove the pool cover.
• For safety reasons swimming alone is not permitted.
• Appropriate swimming attire is required. Shorts and cut off are not permitted
• Food, glass containers of any type and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area.
• loud noises boisterous, disruptive or dangerous conduct are prohibited in the pool area
• For health reason, children who are not toilet trained are not allowed in the pool (no diapers please)

Aruba RV Resort is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident or theft nor any loss, damages or injury to any resident or their guests or property of either. 

Aruba RV Resort reserves the right to maintain, change and enforce these rules and we reserve the right to remove anyone that does not comply with the rules without obligation for refund.
