Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival date will receive a refund amount paid, less a $20 processing fee.  Cancellations made 10 days or less before arrival date will forfeit the deposit (50% of total reservation cost). Special Events: 10 day policy does not apply for Cancellation of a Reservation during a COTA Race Event (Nascar, MotoGP, F1) or Rally Events - no refund of the paid deposit (50% of total reservation cost). 

No Show: If Guest has not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and has not made prior arrangements with Resort staff, it will be considered a no show reservation and forfeit their deposit (50% of the total reservation cost).  

Early Departure:  If a Guest departs their site reservation early the site reverts back to the Resort, with no proration or refund.  

Extended Long Term Stay Cancellation/Deposit/Refunds: Please refer directly to the terms within the signed Site Service Agreement.
