Refund Policy

Daily stays: ( 6 days or less) If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

Weekly stays ( from 1-29 days): For all guests with a stay of 30 days and less, you must cancel 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund.

Monthly stays ( 30 days and more): All guests staying 30 days and more must cancel 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund.

IF you have to cancel outside of the guidelines and have paid for your entire stay, only the deposit will be kept. Any monies due you will be refunded to your original payment on file.
