Avery's RV Park

AVERY'S RV PARK GENERAL RULES:

 

  • RV Age Restrictions apply to models older than 2000, unless approved by Owner or Management. Pictures must be provided.

  • Quiet time is 10pm to 7am.

  • Speed Limit is 5 MPH within the park, entering or exiting the park, and passing the gas station.

  • Rent is due by the 5th of the month. There is a late fee of $20 on the 6th day, and a $20 fee will be added every 5 days after.

  • If you receive three (3) violations, you will be asked to vacate the premises.

  • Your RV must be self-contained. No kitchens or showers will be permitted outside of your rig. Currently there are no shower facilities on the property.

  • You are not permitted to move sites without the consent of Management.

  • A valid credit card is required to be kept on file 

  • Rates are based on a 2 adult occupancy. Children under 15 are free. Children 16+ and additional adults are charged as an extra person per month.

  • Check-in time is noon. Check-out time is 11am. If you need a later check-out, please notify Management prior to check-out. We will not ask a guest to leave so you can check-in early. If you are arriving early to the area, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 3pm. You do not need to check with the front office upon check-out.

  • No open fires are allowed in the park. Fires must only be in a propane fire ring with the ability to be turned off for the safety of the park.

  • Please respect your neighbors and do not walk through RV sites. Stay on designated roads and pathways while navigating the park.

  • WiFi is available for $10 daily or $30 monthly

  • Smoking is prohibited within 25 ft of any building on site.

  • Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. If we are responsible for cleaning them up, there will be a $40 fee added to your bill.

  • Appliances such as refrigerators and freezers, as well as household furniture such as couches and loveseats are not allowed to be placed outside of your RV. Speak to Management if you need a special arrangement.

  • No more than 6 tote bins are allowed to be organized around your RV for landscaping purposes. During Summer months, please keep your site free of debris and clutter for watering and landscaping purposes, as well as excessive wind gusts.

  • The park is NOT liable for personal losses incurred on the property, including but not limited to: injury to tenants, personal property damages due to wind, fire, accident or theft, etc. Claims of damages shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

  • Tenants are not to bring a shed or build any structure or porch without the consent of the Owner. Any changes to the site must also get consent from Owner.

  • No extra trailers; travel, utility or otherwise allowed to be stored on your space or in the back without consent from the Owners. If approved there will be a $50 storage charge added to your bill. And they cannot be parked without the RV Park Manager present, because all sites are assigned.

  • During the Winter months, the tenant is responsible for wrapping their water line and spigot with heat tape and insulation.

  • Nothing is to be attached or screwed to the trees including but not limited to flags, hammocks, signs, etc.

  • The park is on a septic system. Therefore no hand towels, baby wipes, feminine products or grease should be flushed.

  • All sewer fittings are to be lifted off the ground. It is State Law to have proper fittings and an air tight connection on your sewer line. 

  •  

  • AVERY'S RV PARK VEHICLE/PARKING POLICY:

  • Tenants are permitted a single car at the site. A fee will be added for an additional car. Do not park in an adjacent site. Overflow parking is in our back lot behind the park. Please ask Management if you have an extra vehicle, boat, or trailer to park.

  • No major vehicle repairs are to take place at your site unless discussed with the Owner.

  • Parking on the concrete pads is strictly prohibited, the concrete is not reinforced and will crack.

  • Disabled vehicles are not allowed to be placed outside of your RV.

  • OHV's and ATV's are welcome to the park but are not permitted to be driven around the park.

 

AVERY'S RV PARK TRASH POLICY:

  • Please keep your site free of loose debris as the wind gusts will carry it away and trash the park. Tenants are responsible for keeping their site free of debris and clutter. If we are responsible for cleaning up, there will be a $25 fee added to your bill.

  • Please do not leave trash out overnight. Due to skunks and other vermin

  • Please use the small receptacle trash bin located behind the C-Store. The large oblong receptacle is only for cardboard/paper recycling.

 

AVERY'S RV PARK PET POLICY:

  • Rates are based on a 1 pet occupancy. Additional pets need to be approved. There might be an extra fee per month.

  • Tenants are not to keep exotic animals or livestock as pets while occupying a site.

  • Pets may not run free in the park. All pets must be on a leash while being walked around the park, kept in a kennel or proper fencing if outside the RV. 

  • Our back dry camp area is also the largest off leash dog park that you have EVER seen!

  • Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If an employee is responsible for pet clean up, there will be a $40 fee added to your bill.

  • Any pet on site that becomes a nuisance via excessive barking or running loose without the Owner, you will be notified and the park will take action.

  • Any pet that presents a problem or hazard to other tenants will be asked to leave the park.

 

 

 

Any questions or concerns regarding these rules and regulations, please speak with Park Management. Failure to comply with park standards could result in eviction. This is private property, we reserve the right to refuse service and ask any tenant to leave the premises.
