Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Avon by the Sea Cancellation Policy: 100% refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. A confirmation email will be sent twenty one (21) days prior to your reserved stay to ensure your options for cancelling. 

NOTE ON TRIP INSURANCE AND TRIP CANCELLATION: If you decide to forego purchasing trip insurance, either from the option offered at checkout or your own separate policy, then you have explicitly agreed to our cancellation policy. We WILL NOT provide you with a refund for your trip if you contact us asking for a refund outside of the terms of our cancellation policy. We are located on a beautiful barrier island off the coast of North Carolina, that is subject to changing weather patterns. We have no control over Mother Nature, so for this reason, we highly recommend trip insurance.
