Backstreet Outdoor Adventures Campground LLC.

Rules & Policies

1. Check in is at 12:00 PM. Check out is at 10:00 AM.

2. Guests must be at least 18 years of age for reservation and check-in.

3. ALL motor vehicles must register with campground administrator to be assigned to designated area. Otherwise, please speak with our staff for instruction on where to park other vehicles.

4. There will be a 14 day maximum stay unless granted a waiver by the park manager for good-cause due to an emergency or business necessity. A camper may also be asked to move to facilitate maintenance/construction on the site.

5. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM from Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Friday  & Saturday. This means no radios, loud music or disturbing noises. All children are to be at your site/cabin during these hours.

6. All fires must be contained in fire ring/area provided on campsite and NEVER left unattended. No exceptions. Please put out fires that are unattended. Keep fires at a reasonable size. Do not move or relocate fire rings/designated fire areas under no circumstance.

7. Pets are permitted. However, all pets must be kept inside camping area or camper during the overnight/quiet hours. Any pets showing overly aggressive behaviors must be removed from the facility. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. All pets must be on a short leash or be properly trained to respond to training collars. Any pet that does not respond properly to training collars must be put on a leash. We do not allow unattended, noisy, aggressive pets on our premises. Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from campground and loss of deposit. Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets.Failure to clean after your pet will resort in a fee. All animals must be leashed at all times when outside of your private RV/Tent.

8. Limit of (1) motor vehicle allowed per campsite at any given time. Overflow parking is available for guests with more than 1 vehicle. A trailer will count as one vehicle spot.All other vehicles will need to park in the field directly in front of the campground.

9. Speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH. This will be strictly enforced. Speeding will result in a fine.

10. No parking in the grass. All vehicles must stay on graveled pathway when entering/exiting. Overflow parking will be in the FIELD located directly behind the campground stage.

11. If trailers, kayaks, paddle boats and/or boats will properly fit into camping site without disturbing other campers, it will be allowed. Otherwise, they must be parked in overflow parking lots provided on the campground in the field, behind the stage.

12. Guests are responsible of disposing of all garbage and food from their campsite upon departing the grounds. Garbage dumpster is available on facility.

13. Guests are allowed to fish along the creekside at the property, however a fishing license must be eqipped. For safety reasons NO FISHING and NO SWIMMING is allowed after dark.

14. Please remember that you and your guests must participate in ANY activity available on or off the facility AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT ARE CAUSED AT THE CAMPGROUND OR AS A RESULT FROM A PARTICIPATING ACTIVITY/EVENT.

Backstreet Campground Adventures LLC Campground is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STOLEN OR LOST ITEMS. Anything left at/around your reserved camping site will be disposed of within 24 hours and excessive items left behind will result in a fine.

15. A maximum of 6 people permitted at campsite.

16. Litter is unacceptable and will result in a $200 fine. Please dispose of cigarette butts, dog bags, diapers, trash and/or other waste in appropriate garbage bins.

17. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to individual sites only. Please drink in moderation and consume beverages at your own risk.No open container in campground.

18. No fireworks are allowed within the facility.

19. Please do not gather firewood from the forest.Due to strict pest and disease reasoning, campers and/or guests are not allowed to bring out of state firewood to the camping facility.

20. Due to COVID-19, all policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.

21. Any person and/or camper who damages or harms to any extent of nature within camping grounds, will be subjected to a fine. This includes any flower, tree, shrub, gravels, walkway, vine, road, animals or land will be subjected to a fine and/or blacklisted from the camping facility with the loss of a deposit.

22. Backstreet Outdoor Adventures LLC Campground is designed as family-oriented and will not permit any harm to wildlife within the camping facility. This means campers and/or person(s)are not permitted to take, damage, harm, kill, destroy or disturb any part of wildlife within the camping facility. Doing so will result in dismissal and/or blacklisted from the facility, as well as a hefty fine.

23. We encourage to store all food in camper or sealed container or cooler when overnight to avoid wildlife intruders.

24. Anyone other than campers or guests shall not picnic, hang out, sight see, or have gatherings within the campground facility.

25. If/When activites, bands, groups are hosted for entertainment, you must follow all rules/policys. Bands/Groups will be posted via social medi, so guests can plan accordingly.

Anyone caught Disobeying Rules, Policies or Destruction of Property will be ask to leave the facility and will be liable for any damages sustained during their stay. This includes Campsites or any part of the facility.

 

Waiver of Liability

When you stay with Backstreet Outdoor Adventures LLC Campground, you acknowledge and represent that you have read and understand the following waiver of liability. I accept this waiver as my own free act and deed, no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from this waiver of liability have been made:

•  I am fully aware of the risk and hazards connected with the activities of camping, hiking, swimming, fishing and any other activities conceived or participating in within the campground facility, I am aware that such activities include the risk of injury and even death., and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities knowing the hazard that may be caused to me or my property. Backstreet Outdoor Adventures LLC Campground does not require participation.

•  Any signs of damages found to the property can result in your credit card being charged a fee up $600 up to 14 days after checkout.

•  No swimming, fishing, kayaking or boating after dark.

•  Backstreet Outdoor Adventures LLC Campground is a private campground and has the right to evict any guest that is not obeying the rules and putting themselves or others in harm’s way.

Reservations, Payments & Cancellations Policy

Reservations

All new reservations require 50% of payment at the time of booking, both online and by phone.

Site numbers booked may be subjected to change without notice. We will make every possible attempt to keep you in your original booked site, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your original booked site will be available.

We also have campers that are available for booking.

During weekends and events in the campground, the campground will be roped off and all parking including golf carts, ATV or 4 wheeler will asked to be parked in the field in overflow parking. You will be able to see your vehicle and there is 24/7 surveillance also. 
The main focus is to keep everyone safe. 

Payments

All payments on reservations are final. No refunds, no exceptions. A credit for future reservation will be issued, if reservation is canceled 7 days prior to arrival. Anytime within 7 days of arrival, payment is forfeited and no credit is issued. Any no calls /no show’s are subject to be placed on blacklist.

Customer will be informed of these changes via website, social media (Facebook) and/or on company property cancellation.

Cancellation

We can not be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedule or other situations. Therefore, we enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances as follows:
•  A credit for future reservation will be issued, if reservation is canceled 7 days prior to arrival.

•  Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will cause payment to be forfeited and no credits will be issued.

•  Any no calls /no show’s are subject to be placed on blacklist.

•  A specific site can only be reserved for 14 days maxinmum.

Pricing Policy

 Daily Rates

•  Starting at $50.00for a standard size, back-in site

•  Starting at $65.00 for a luxery, back-in site

•  Starting at $25.00 for tent site

All back-in site rates include 1 parking passes. 30 to 50 amp service, sewage, & water at alloted campsites. Any trash must be taken to the dumpsters yourself.

Golf Cart/RZR/ATV/ETC. Safety Rules & Policy

1. These rules apply to all golf carts, side-by-sides (SxS, RZR,etc.) and ATVs ridden on the property.

2. Any vehicle driven on the property must have an operator(s) of at least 16 years of age OR be accompanied by an adult.

3. The speed limit in the resort is 5 MPH. There is a FINE FOR SPEEDING AND THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!NO DONUTS, BURNOUTS OR RECKLESS DRIVING ALLOWED.

On weekends and during events all vehicles, SXS and golf cart will be asked to park in overflow parking which is in the field in front of campground with 24/7 surveillance. 
The safety of our kids and everyone else is our main priority.

I have read and acknowledged all terms and polices accompanied by Backstreet Outdoor Adventures LLC Campground and staff. I hereby attest that any violation to the policies will result in a fine and/or dismissal from the property with a loss of refund permantley.Rules/Policies are subjected to change at any point.
