Cancellation Policy

CAMPGROUND ACCOMMODATIONS
 Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance for campsite and
campground lodging with a deposit equal to 1 night stay in your chosen site.
 Cancelling your reservation with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of
deposit.

LODGING
 Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance for lodging with a deposit
equal to 1 night stay in your chosen Room.
 Cancelling your reservation with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of
deposit.

EVENT REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
 Standard practice is for individual attendees to pay their own deposit for events.
If your organization schedules an event and would prefer to handle all of the
deposits and event fees then a custom registration, deposit and cancelation
policy will be contained in you
 A deposit of $50 per person is due at time of reservation. No room will be
reserved until the registration fee is received.
 Deposit may be paid collectively by the sponsoring organization. (these terms
must be laid out in your event contract.)
 Upon arrival, the deposit fee will be subtracted from the total due.
 In the event of an individual cancellation the deposit is fully refundable if notice of
cancellation is received at least 14 days in advance.
