Park Policies & Information
QUIET HOURS- 10PM All unregistered guests must be off the premises after quiet hours.
- 10 mph speed limit throughout the campground- strictly enforced.
- Motorcyles must idle in and out of the property. Motorcycles must register with the camp store or guard house upon arrival.
- No more than 2 registered motorcyles per spot
- No more than 4 visitors per site at any time. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- All motorcyles, bicycles, scooters, and golf carts operated after dark must have handlebar light(s) turned on. Any 2ft or under must have a visible flag to be seen by vehicles.
- Fireworks, including sparklers, and explosive of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
- No firearms are allowed in the campground.
- No playing loud music or music with vulgar language at sites or on golf carts.
- Drones are not permitted anywhere in the campground due to privacy, safety reasons, and restricted air space due to proximity of the airport.
- All common areas are smoke free.
- While alcohol is permitted at your campsite, it must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by adults 21 years of age and older.
- Guests are not allowed to share gate codes with nonguest persons conducting business in the park,such as door dash or uber
- Photos may be taken inside the park. Please notify the office if you do not wish to be photographed.
Campsite Policies
- Site number is not guaranteed if the site lock fee has not been paid at check out.
- Check-in Time: 2PM for RV Sites and 3PM for Tiny Home Rentals. Balance is due prior to arrival. Personal checks not accepted at check-in.
- Check-out Time: 11AM for all sites and 10 am for cottages
- Early Check in or Late Check out may be available for a $35 fee. Please call the office to inquire and add this to a reservation. Early Check in is at 11am and Late check out is 2pm
- Two over night vehicles limited per site on all campsites. No parking on any part of another site without permission and never on an empty site or on the grass.
- No street parking. Cars, Trucks, Trailers , Golf Carts, Motorcycles , Bikes and Toys We are not responsible for any damages incurred from vehicles in the street. Should you require additional parking, contact the office.
- Campfires are permitted on campsites, conditions permitting (i.e. wind, fog, drought), and must be contained in the concrete fire pit. Guests must stay with the fire until it is completely out.
- Please do not place charcoal grills on the campsite picnic tables.
- Please do not walk or drive across an occupied site.
- We are not responsible for debris from trees.
- No washing of RV’s or vehicles on site.
- Tents allowed on sites with RVs only.
- No carpets allowed on the grass
- The resort is not responsible for any damages when using overflow parking.
Golf Cart Rules
We work exclusively with Salty Frye's Golf Carts. No outside rentals allowed.
There is a $5 fee for personal golf carts.
- Driver must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license in their possession to operate a golf cart in Barefoot RV Resort (also SC state law). You must be 21 years old to sign a rental contract.
- If you are bringing a personal golf cart, there is a $5 fee and an agreement you must fill-out and sign with the office or guard shack.
- Golf Carts operating after sunset in Barefoot RV Resort must have the light(s) turned on. Lights must be permanently attached and at least four inches in diameter.
- Golf Carts can't be on public highways after dark (½ hr. after sunset until ½ hr. prior to sunrise).
- Golf Carts can't be driven on sidewalks.
- No open containers of alcoholic beverages are allowed on golf carts.
- Golf carts are allowed on secondary roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less and can cross primary roads. All state traffic laws must be obeyed and the seating capacity of the golf cart cannot be exceeded.
- Golf carts are not to be driven across vacant or occupied campsites or in other restricted areas.
- Any outside Golf cart rental (due to Salty Fryes zero inventory,etc ) must be approved by the office. Failure to follow policy will result in termination of reservation and guest may be asked to leave
Pet Policies
- Do not leave your pet unattended at your site.
- Pets MUST be on a leash at all times.
- Leashes must not exceed 6 ft in length.
- You MUST clean up after your pet and are subject to a $50 fine if you do not.
- Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
- There is a limit of 3 pets on all sites.
- Pets are not permitted in campground buildings, facilities, amenity areas, or bathhouses/bathrooms.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pet
- Please do not walk pets onto occupied sites. We offer a dog walk and dog park. Waste disposal receptacles are available at each.
Campsite Reservation Policies
- Reservations site numbers are subject to change. Lock site fees will be refunded should managment move sites..
- The maximum number of adults allowed per site is 6.
- All holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay or more.
- Deposit: All reservations require a deposit of half of your stay. Balance is due prior to arrival. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in. Deposits are required for longer term stays in set amounts. $500 to $1000 per stay
- Discounted rate specials will not apply to reservations made for less than the minimum stay requirement.
- Cancellation Policy: We will return your deposit minus a $25 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
- SNOWBIRD Cancellation Policy: Cancelled nights are subject to loss of security deposit. Cancellations made after August 1st will forfeit the entire security deposit.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via debit/credit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
- No Show Policy: Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a now show reservation and forfeit their deposit.
- An application and a background check will be taken and run on all of our long term residents. There will be additional rules on these extended stays available from the office
- Snowbird and 12 month stays will be given 30 day notice if they must move sites.
- Barefoot RV Resort does not issue refunds or credits for early departure
- If storage/towing company will bring in your camper they must have their business license and insurance listed with Barefoot RV Resort. Early check in is not guaranteed unless booked and paid for by the guest booking the site.
Pool Rules
- No Glass
- No Public Displays of Alcohol
- No Saving Chairs, Management will remove unattended items.
- All People in lazy river must have a float
- Any child not properly toilet trained MUST be in a swim diaper.
- One at a time on the enclosed slide
- Feet First sliding only
- If slides are closed no one is to go past signage or netting to access these slides
- Violation will result in removal from pool and possible pool closure
- Pool wristbands are required during the season. You will receive the number of wristbands for guests registered to your site.
Our ability to operate any/all of the amenities/activities is contingent on weather, park occupancy, maintenance needs and updates, and other factors. We do not guarantee all amenities will be operate %100 of the time. Hours of operation may vary.
*Entering park premises assumes acceptance of terms and conditions. Anyone violating these rules and regulations will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund. Management has the right to revise these rules and regulations.
