Refund Policy

Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund, except for the non-refundable $5.00 booking fee.

For cancellations between seven and 30 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

There are no refunds for cancellations made less than seven days prior to check-in.

We require a $250.00 damage deposit for each accommodation, which will be fully refunded if the property is left in suitable condition.
