Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

§  There will be no refunds for weather conditions, failure to show up, voluntary departures, acts of nature, or dismissals or evictions from the park. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that the sum was originally paid. All refunds processed via credit or debit card, will be processed back to the original credit or debit card used with no exceptions

No Show Policy:

§  Any guests that have not arrived 24 hours after their arrival date and check in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the Park, will be considered a no-show reservation and will be charged the full amount of their reservation/stay.
