Check-In and Check-Out Policies
For Cottages/Chalets:
· Check-in Time: 4:00 PM. If you will be arriving later than 8:00 PM, notify the campground by 6:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
· Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Please check out at the office before leaving the campground.
2 bedroom cottages are for 4 people total
3 bedroom cottage are for 6 peopel total
For Transit Sites:
· Check-in Time: 12:00 PM. If you will be arriving later than 8:00 PM, notify the campground by 6:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
· Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Please check out at the office before leaving the campground.
Campfire Policies
· Campfires must be built only in designated areas within the campgrounds.
· Do not damage or remove any vegetation, living or dead, from the campsite for use as firewood.
· Fires are not permitted on grass.
· To prevent the spread of invasive species, please do not bring firewood from other forests.
· Only small fires are allowed; campfires should not exceed one meter in height and must fit within the campfire pit.
· Campfires must be attended at all times.
· Ensure the campfire is completely extinguished before leaving it unattended.
Garbage Policies
· To prevent unwanted wildlife (e.g., raccoons, bears, wolves) from visiting the campground, please keep your campsite clean at all times.
· Dispose of garbage in the centrally located garbage bins. Recycle plastic bottles, pop cans, and glass separately at the recycling area located at the entrance of the park. Do not leave garbage at campsites overnight.
Campground Rules
· Quiet Time: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
· Regardless of quiet hours, at no time shall anybody make noise, by themselves or their music, that will infringe on any camper’s right to enjoy peace and quiet.
· Only registered campers are allowed on campsites after 10:00 PM.
· Obey the posted speed limit and be mindful of pedestrians, especially children, on roadways.
· Day visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors must pay the “Overnight Guest” fee per person.
· Fireworks are prohibited.
· Unnecessary noise, disturbances, or offensive behavior will result in immediate eviction and/or police action.
· Must be 18 years of age and have a credit card (Visa/MasterCard) to reserve a site.
· Radios and stereos may be used, but the volume must not disturb neighbors.
· Anyone found destroying park property or breaking park rules will be evicted without a refund. Costs for any damage will be assessed and charged.
· As no lifeguard is provided, all swimming is at your own risk.
· Drive carefully and watch out for children. Unlicensed drivers are not permitted to operate a motor vehicle (including golf cart) within the park. An Intoxicated person must not drive any vehicle!
· Notify management immediately if you had to call an emergency vehicle (ambulance or fire truck) or the police.

Pet Policy
· Leash Requirement: All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet (2 meters) at all times while outside.
· Supervision: Pets must be attended to at all times. Do not leave pets unattended in campsites, vehicles, or trailers.
· Noise Control: Ensure pets do not create excessive noise or disturb other campers. Persistent barking or disruptive behavior may result in the pet being asked to leave the campground.
· Cleanliness: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Waste bags should be disposed of in designated trash receptacles.
· Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in certain areas such as playgrounds, swimming areas, or other designated pet-free zones.
· Aggressive Behavior: Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior towards other pets or campers will be asked to leave the campground immediately.
· Pet Fee: A nominal fee may be charged for pets. Please check with the campground office for details.
· Compliance: Pet owners must comply with all local regulations and campground rules regarding pets.
Bayview Lodge assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property while on the premises. All guests and visitors use the facilities, including cottages, chalets, campsites, playground, docks, and trails, at their own risk. By entering the property, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and Bayview Lodge is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from accidents, slips, falls, wildlife encounters, or other unforeseen events. We encourage all guests to exercise caution and use good judgment during their stay.
