Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy requires a 7 days notice. If you cancel before the 7 day window, you will receive a full refund: either the whole amount or the deposit put down. If the 7 day period closes, then Bear Lake Venture Park reserves the right to keep everything that has been paid toward the site: either the full amount or the deposit. You will not receive a refund unless you cancel BEFORE Seven Days PRIOR to arrival.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT if you do not show up for a reservation. All adjustments must be made 7 days prior to arriving in order to keep the deposit on the site. Even if the weather is bad, this policy is still in effect. No refunds will be given because of bad weather.
