Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

You must cancel 7 days prior to your reservation check-in date in order to receive a refund: either the whole amount or the deposit put down. If the 7 day period closes, then Bear Lake Venture Park reserves the right to keep all money that has been paid toward the site: either the full amount or the deposit. You will not receive a refund unless you cancel BEFORE Seven Days PRIOR to arrival.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT if you do not show up for a reservation. All adjustments must be made 7 days prior to arriving in order to keep the deposit on the site.
