Terms & Conditions

** ALL Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice and may not be reflected in the content on this page. Terms and Conditions apply to all guests. **

General Terms

·       $4.00 processing fee is required for all reservations.

·       The person registered will be responsible for the condition of the site/room.

·       Reservations are not refundable due to weather conditions.

·       We reserve the right to not renew a booking to any guest who has not arranged for all of their dates in advance. We will do our best to move guests to the next best available site (if necessary).

·       Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking and are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes made to your reservation after it has been confirmed may result in higher rates.

Minimum Stay Requirements

·       Two-night minimum stay required for all Camp sites, Motel rooms and Penthouse.

Required Deposits

100% of your total stay is due at the time of booking for stays of less than 1 month.  For stays over 1 month, please see management.

Check-In and Check-Out

No early check-ins allowed.

·       Motel Rooms/Bunk Rooms: Check-in between 3pm & 10pm. Check out by 11am.  If you need a later check in time, talk with manager.

·       Campsites: Check-in between 1pm & 10pm. Check out by 11am.

Cancellation Policy

·       Less than 24 hours prior to stay:  no refund

·       1 – 2 days prior to stay:  50% refund

·       2+ days prior to stay:  full refund minus $25

Minimum Age Requirements

By accepting a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that: you are 18+ years old for a campsite OR 21+ years old for inside room types and you are personally staying on the campsite or in the room.

Campfire and Firewood Rules

Open Fires are not allowed in our resort.  Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings.

DO NOT bring firewood from out of state. No one is permitted to bring firewood of ANY TYPE (includes lumber, pallets, building materials) into the campground from out of state. 

Children

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.  There is wildlife around the park, you will want to supervise your children.

Pet Rules

 Motel, Hostel and Bunk Rooms and other buildings: No pets allowed inside any building. Yes, we allow pets on campsites, but not in or around our inside lodging which need to be safe for people with serious allergies. Guests with pets in Motel/Hostel/Bunk Rooms will be asked to leave and will forfeit their payment.  We cannot allow pets inside the store as we serve food.

Campsites: Dogs are allowed on campsites if you clean up after them and follow our rules. Dogs must be on a leash or within 6 feet of owner at all times. Dogs must NOT be left unattended outside. They may be left alone in your camper if they will NOT disturb your neighbors. No aggressive dogs allowed. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet. If your dog barks and causes complaints - you will be asked to leave.

Vehicle Policy

·       Limit of two vehicles per site location, including any overnight guests (motorhome and tow are considered one).

·       Vehicles only allowed on premises during occupancy.

·       Any additional vehicle needs must be approved by BDDSR Management.

·       Long term campsite rentals – all vehicles must remain on your campsite.

·       Do not park your vehicle, trailer or boat in an adjacent site. 

Visitor Policy

·       Overnight Guests: Occupancy and vehicle counts may not exceed limits with the addition of overnight guests.

Washing

Washing RVs and other vehicles is not allowed on premises.

Electrical Use

You are responsible for understanding your RV and its electrical requirements.  Our RV site are a mix of 30 and 50 AMP service.  Some have both, some only have 1 or the other.  If you are unsure what your site has, check the unit listing on Campspot.

50 to 30 AMP adapters should be available in the store for purchase.

Please notify store management if you have any electrical issues during your stay.  Guests are not allowed to diagnose our electrical pedestals.  Our staff will help or call an electrician.

Pool

There is no lifeguard on duty.  Signage is posted and clear.  Pool is not open for general use during scuba class instruction.  If a class is starting, you may be asked to vacate the pool area.  Otherwise, the pool is open as posted.  Anyone under 18 must be supervised in all areas of the premises, including the pool, at all times.  No alcohol, glass containers, or food is permitted in the pool area.  No children in diapers or pets are allowed in the pool area.  All persons in the pool must wear appropriate swim attire, swimsuits, swim trunks.  No nudity is allowed.

No glass products are allowed in the pool area.  If a glass item breaks, shards will likely get into the pool which will then have to be drained, maintenance performed, and refilled.  This is a very costly activity, which we will unhappily pass on to your credit card.  Please do not bring glass anywhere near the pool.

Failure to follow these rules will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is 11pm to 7am.  Anyone being too loud will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.  Please be kind to your neighbors.

Trash

Trash dumpsters are provided for use, one above near the shower house and/or one below near the motels.  Please tie your trash bags completely to avoid unnecessary spillage and smell.  Do not leave trash behind in your room, RV site or laying on the ground near the dumpsters.  Anything left on the ground will attract bears and mountain lions to your location, and they will eat your children and pets.  And that is never a good thing.  Even if they annoy you.  If the dumpsters are full, please let a staff member know.

Shower House / Bathrooms

We have a shower house in the upper RV area available for all guests and students.  The shower house has a men’s side and a women’s side.  Each side has 2 showers and 2 toilets.  The store has a men’s room and women’s room available for all guests and customers.  Please leave the areas clean when you are done.  Staff will clean them regularly, but we cannot get to them several times a day and you leaving them clean will help.

Motel Rooms

The 1 story and penthouse all share the same amenities: all new (as of Spring 2022) furniture – 2 beds per room, full pillow top mattresses, all bedding and linens, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, nightstand, drawers, and lamp with USB plug ins.  The rooms also have a window AC and heating unit and private bathroom.

Hostel Rooms

Full beds with bedding is provided.  Bring your own towels and anything else you need for your stay. If you are unsure about the beds in your room, please contact our staff. Rooms have lights, electricity, windows, and window units for AC/Heat. Restrooms and showers are shared.

Bunk Rooms

Beds and mattresses provided.  Bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, towels, and anything you need for your stay. If you are unsure about the beds in your room, please contact our staff. Rooms have lights, electricity, windows and window units for AC/Heat. Restrooms and showers are shared.

Campsites

·       Limit of one camping unit per site (popup, van, motorhome, etc.): A 2nd vehicle with a second camping unit requires a separate, additional campsite. 1 additional tent per RV site is allowed.

·       Limit of six persons per site, including guests.

RV Sites – Longer Term Stays

RV Sites are allowed to be booked for longer term stays. 

Weekend Only Stays - $350 per month

·      2 month stay minimum

·      Allows camper to remain in RV Site full time.

·      Stays up to 3 days per week allowed

·      Camper to be unplugged when not being stayed in.  Staff will turn off power during off days if not unplugged.

Full Time - $750 per month

·      2 month stay minimum

·      Requires debit or credit card on file.

·      Card will be charged by store staff at the beginning of month for the coming month.  Any days unused will not be refunded.

·      Camper can remain plugged in at all times

NOTE:  RV security is up to the owner.  Beaver Dam Dive Shop and Resort is not responsible for any damage to personal property or theft occurring while you are on or off premises.

General Restrictions

·       Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.

·       No loud motorcycles, cars, trucks or other vehicles are permitted. We reserve the right to determine which vehicles are too loud.

·       NO pets & NO smoking inside any buildings.  This includes Motel, Hostel, Bunk Rooms, Classroom, Shower House, Store and any other building.
If violated, or if there are damages to your unit, you could be charged up to a $1500 repair or cleaning fee up to 2 weeks after your check-out date on a separate transaction from your original reservation.
