RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

 

1.     Only 1 RV Unit or tent per site

2.     Only 2 vehicles per site

3.     No tents allowed on same site as a RV Site

4.    Fires in designated areas only. Check with management in office

5.     NO clotheslines, no attachments, ropes, etc. may be place on trees

6.      NO PETS in Cabins, bath house, showers, laundry room etc. PETS ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES, REGARDLESS OF SIZE OR TEMPERMENT, tennis court available for exercise

7.     NO PETS ON CHAINS OR TIED AT YOUR SITE. IF YOUR ANIMAL IS OUTSIDE, THEN YOU ARE OUTSIDE. NO EXCEPTIONS NO PETS BARKING OR DISTURBING OTHER GUESTS

8.     PET RULES-We are animal lovers, very fond of pets and appreciate the fact that people recognize their pets to be an integral part of their family. However, no aggressive pets or any that have previously bitten or attacked people or pets are allowed. Additionally, breeds of dogs which are by nature, history, or perception aggressive, such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, Chows, German Shepherds, and Wolf Hybrids, are not permitted.

9.    ATV. GOLF CARTS NOT allowed on any surface other than roads. SLOW DOWN

10.  NO CUTTING OF ANY TREES IN THE PARK. You may pick up any limbs on the ground

11.  Vehicles may park and travel only in designated areas

12.  NO HUNTING OR SHOOTING OF FIREARMS OF ANY KIND

13.  QUIET TIME: 10 PM - 9 AM DO NOT DISTURB OTHERS

14.  CURFEW: 9 PM FOR ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

15.  MINORS: Under direct control of adults at all times.

16.  All Visitors: Your visitors are your responsibility. They need to be out of the park no later than 10 pm

17.  TRASH GOES INTO THE RECEPTACLES, CLOSE THE LIDS. Do not leave trash at

your site, on your picnic table, etc.

18.  No FIREWORKS PERMITTED!

19.  NO public display of drunkenness allowed. 

20.  Stay off the boats and docks at the cove. They do not belong to the park.

21.  Please respect other guests so that we may all enjoy the park.

22.  THE PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: Any damages to your vehicles, RV, tent etc due to an "ACT OF GOD" such as wind, hail or rain. This includes limbs falling from trees.
