Beaver Springs Campground
 

Rules and Information

Check out time is 12 p.m. Please re-register by 10 a.m. if you plan to stay another day. There is a late check out fee of $10.00 without prior notice (based on site availability).

1. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.
2. Speed Limit-5 mph. Licensed Drivers Only. Please watch for children!
3. No golf carts, UTV's / ATV's may be driven in the campground.
4. Campers are responsible for their children and/or guests safety and behavior at all times in the campground. Please share these rules with children & guests.
5. Bicycles on gravel roads only and out of other campsites, as well as avoid riding near bathrooms. For safety NO bicycles are to be ridden after dark.
6. Pets must be of a non-aggressive breed and temperament. Guests are responsible for actions and/or harm caused by their pet(s). Pets are to be kept on a leash and under control at all times and must NEVER be left unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Please walk your pets in the area that is located at the front of the campground along the highway.
7. No food or other trash in the fire rings. Please use the dumpster for trash. Trash bags are available at the front office for purchase.
8. Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. Firewood is sold at office. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS!
9. Discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly forbidden.
10. Swimming pool hours are 9am to 9pm. No unattended children under the age of 14 (State Law). Swim at your own risk, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Pool is for registered campers only. Your guests may swim only if they register at the office and pay $3.00 per person. NO glass in the pool area. Please observe posted pool rules.
11. Extra vehicles must be parked in the grass field.
12. No washing campers, boats/pontoons, or vehicles.
13. NO SMOKING in any building on the campground.

Sites:
All sites include some form of shade, trees, grass, picnic table, & fire pit. (Do not move fire pits)
•Full Hook-ups:
We offer full hook-ups w/ 30 or 50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV.
•Electric/Water/Cable:
These sites are located under our tall pines for all-day shade.
•Tents:
These sites do not have hook-ups and are located throughout the campground.
•Cabins
These are camper-style cabins w/ electricity, Double Bed, Bunk beds, Small fridge, A/C, Cable TV, Covered Porch, Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Picnic Table. NO running water! Please bring your own linens, pillows, etc.You will be charged $200.00 cleaning fee if there is any smoking in the cabin.
•On-site Camper Rental:
30' Innsbruck, Sleeps 8, Queen in main bedroom, full sized bunks, u-shaped dinette and a fold down couch. Full Hook-up RV, BBQ grill, Fire pit and Picnic table. Bring your own linens. Kitchen items provided. No pets allowed. No smoking. You will be charged $300.00 cleaning fee if there is any smoking in the camper.
•Restrooms/Showers:
Open 24 hours, please accompany young children into restrooms.
•WiFi:
We do have FREE internet access if you bring along your wireless device(s). Not guaranteed to connect at every camp site.
•Laundry:
Coin operated laundry is open 24 hours. Please DO NOT wash/dry rugs or shoes.
•Swimming:
Our swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. NO swimming in the Spring Branch
•Activities:
Beaver Springs has a variety of fun activities for the entire family. These include a swimming pool, basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton net, horseshoes, video games, playground & fishing.

Cancellation Policy
- $15.00 fee if reservation is cancelled more than one week from the date of arrival (two weeks for holiday weekends)
- One night basic charge will be assessed if cancellation is made inside one week from date of arrival
- One night basic charge will be assessed for "no shows" or the full reservation charge will be assessed for "no shows" on holiday weekends  (Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day)

Early check-in / Late check-out

(Only if available and prior arrangements have been made.)
- $10 fee for early check in or late check out (only up to two hours before or after 12:00 p.m.)

Refund Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. 

We reserve the right to discontinue service for non-compliance. Owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. We are proud of our facilities which are kept clean. Should you observe anything wrong; please let us know so we might correct it immediately. Thank you for being our Guests!
