Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

RV’s & Tents: Reservations are fully refundable (less a $10 admin fee) if made more than 72 hours from check-in. If you cancel within 72 hours of check in you will forfeit one night of fees or 25% of the total booking fees, whichever is greater. No refund after 3:00PM on expected date of arrival.

Cabins: Reservations are fully refundable if made 14 days prior to check in date (less a $25 admin fee). If you cancel within 14 days of check in you will forfeit one night of fees or 25% of the total booking fees, whichever is greater. No refund after 3:00PM on expected date of arrival.
