Check-In Time:
All Sites: 2:00 PM -  Upon arrival- you may proceed directly to your site. We do NOT have overflow parking for early arrivals. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 2pm.

Check-Out Time:
All Sites: 12:00 PM

Site Changes:

Please check site dimensions for fit of unit and for slide outs before booking a site.  We will not be able to accommodate site changes upon arrival. 
 

Nightly Rate  includes 2 people and 1 vehicle per site.  Additional person per day $5

Extra Vehicle Parking - Available by our Huggins Oak monthly camping site area. 

Nightly Tent Rate - Includes 1 tent per site 

Additional Tent - $20 per tent. Max 2 tents per site. 


BOAT DOCKAGE- $1 per foot of boat per day.  See Ron for available dock space.  Boat trailer can not be parked at your site  Trailer parking is available at our Huggins Oak area.

 

Electrical Use

Use of dog bone adapters is allowed for 50 and 30-amp sites.  Be sure to bring the appropriate adapter.

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over the AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee that is equal to one nights stay, with any remaining balance refunded back to the guest.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation and processing fee.

Refund Policy:

All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, with no exceptions. Refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on the card holder's bank.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. There are no credit or refunds for no-shows or if guest decides to leave early. This policy will also apply to COVID-related reservations.

Parking:

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site. Extra vehicles will need to be parked in our Huggins Oak area. Do not park any vehicles on empty sites. All vehicles must be parked at site rented.  Sites are only large enough for camper, tent, etc. and your tow vehicle. 

Damage:

Guests are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or their family, visitor, or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and campground facilities. This includes [but is not limited to] broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.)

Pet Policy:

We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be on a leash at all times, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner.

Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

Picnic Tables and Firepits:

Are located along the river and are available as communal use.

Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings.

GENERATORS:

No generators allowed on the campground premises.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM. Please be respectful of other campers.

TRASH:
All trash and refuse must be bagged. It is your responsibility to take your trash to the blue cans located by the camp store. DO NOT leave trash out at night as racoons are often present. Campsites must be kept neat and tidy and trash free.

Restrooms:
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day.

Safety:

  • The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
  • The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
  • Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
  • Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
  • Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
  • Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
  • Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the Resort.
  • No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
  • Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
  • Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
  • Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.

Security:
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.

Wi-Fi:
$5 per day or $15 per week.  Text Ron upon arrival with your name and site number for the password.  Ron - 912-656-5351

Firewood- available for purchase at $1 per piece of wood, sold on the honor system and located outside the camp store.  Please place money in the lock box mounted on the camp store door.
