Cancellation Policy

Short-Term Reservations (less than 1 month):

• Cancellations within 29 days of arrival:  Any cancellation fee inside twenty-nine (29) days or less will result in the loss of the deposit.  No refunds for early departure or for inclement weather.
• Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival: A full refund will be provided, minus a $35 processing fee.

Monthly and Seasonal Reservations:
