Refund Policy

NO PRORATING OR REFUNDS for early departures.

Rule Violations: Refunds will not be granted if a guest is asked to leave the premises due to failure to follow the resort's Rules & Regulations or for disorderly conduct.

Unforeseen Events: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or early departures due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond the control of Bentley Ranch Rv Park

Management Discretion: The Resort Manager or Owner reserves the right to assess and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may be considered, but the decision of the management is final.
