Cancellation Policy

Tiny Cabins & RV Rental:

Reservations that are canceled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive no refund. Reservations that are canceled 60+ days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours from the time of booking, guests can contact us directly at info@bigwatermarina.com or (864) 226-3339 to receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations may be transferred, if requested by the guest, at the discretion of the Big Water Marina & Campground staff.

RV Sites (April-October):

Reservations that are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive no refund. Reservations that are canceled 30+ days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours from the time of booking, guests can contact us directly at info@bigwatermarina.com or (864) 226-3339 to receive a full refund to receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations may be transferred, if requested by the guest, at the discretion of the Big Water Marina & Campground staff.
