Refund Policy

FESTIVALS, HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, SPECIAL EVENTS:

Campsites & Cabins:

31 or more days prior to arrival date: Camp Credit of 50%. Site/cabin not eligible for renewal for following years event. 

30 days or less prior to arrival date: NO Camp Credit or Refund. Site/cabin not eligible for renewal for following years event. 

Non-Festival, Holiday Weekends, Special Events:

Campsites: Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued when cancellations are made less than 8 days prior to your arrival.

Cabins:Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. 

Festival/Event tickets, and golf cart rentals during festivals/events/holiday weekends are NOT eligible for refunds, and will NOT be valid or "rolled over" to another festival/event for the same or following year. Cancelling a reservation during a special event or festival will result in forfeiture of first right to refusal for the following years event: the person who books the site will have the opportunity to rebook for the following year. You will receive a campground credit, if eligible, valid for one year from the original reservation date. There are no refunds for early check outs or late arrivals.
