UNIT NUMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, AND WILL BE ASSIGNED AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL, BASED UPON AVAILABILLITY. 

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

This property is privately owned. The guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release the RV PARK, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and If  injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the RV PARK, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. The guest accepts responsibility for any damage caused by negligence.

The Speed Limit throughout the park is 5mph and STRICTLY ENFORCED. This includes all motorized forms of transportation, electric bikes, scooters, skate boards, etc.

 

NO refunds or credits for no-shows, same day cancellations, early departures, special events, or holiday weekends.

 

*Do you have more than one vehicle? If so, you must obtain a Parking Pass from the office. We only allow one (1) RV & one (1) vehicle per site. Display parking pass on rearview mirror and park vehicle in the visitor parking lot next to the pool, near the park entrance. 

*Are you expecting visitors while visiting our park?  Please note: ALL VISITORS must register prior to proceeding to any site and pay a visitor fee of $3.00 per person per day.

*Will you be charging an Electric Vehicle of any type while here? Please note: EV Charging is allowed for an additional $20.00 charge per day, but may not be allowed at your assigned site.

RV SITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check in is 1PM. Check out is 11AM. There is a $10.00 fee for late check out, when available. Contact the office prior to the 11 AM. If approved, you must check out by 4PM or a full night’s stay will be charged.

Trash MUST be deposited before departure in the dumpster located at the corner of Magnolia & Oak (see park map). Any trash left on site will be charged a $10.00 trash pickup fee.

RV's assigned a concrete pad MUST use jack pads. All vehicles must be parked on RV pads, gravel, and asphalt surfaces only. Please DO NOT park on patios or grassy areas.

PET POLICIES

We welcome friendly & well-behaved pets but we do limit the number of dogs to two (2) per site. We do ask that all guest follow the below guidelines to ensure camping enjoyment for all guests. 
ALL Pets must be on a leash at all times, no longer than 6 feet long. 
Pets may not be left outside without an adult owner present at all times. 
Pets are not allowed in Restrooms, Shower house, Pool Area or Playground.
Immediate clean up after your pet(s) is required. Dogipots are provided throughout the park.  
Please keep your Pets out of the landscaped areas.
No aggressive breeds are allowed, if your pet becomes aggressive, you will be asked to leave without a refund or credit.

CABIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check in is 3PM. Check out is 11AM.  Keys & maps will only be issued to the Registered Guest(s). A Refundable Security Deposit equal to one (1) nights stay will be charged on the day of arrival. Balance must be paid in full upon arrival.

In many instances, units are cleaned just prior to your arrival. If early check-in is desired, you must contact the office in advance for availability. If available, early check-in fee may apply.

Our office hours are currently 8:00am — 5:00pm each day.  All Guests arriving after closing time must be paid in full so please contact the office to make arrangements prior to closing time. Late arrivals will have an envelope (including key and property map) waiting for them on our late arrival board, located just outside and to the right of our Office. No check–ins after 9:00pm.

ADDITIONAL CABIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UPON CHECK-IN.
