Park Policies and Rules

--Must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation at the park.

--Site Rates: We use dynamic pricing that fluctuates with demand so our rates are subject to change at any time.

Occupancy: 2 Adults, 3 Children. Anything beyond that will be charged ___/day, or $75/month

--Guests: 3 guests at a time per campsite. If staying overnight they must register at the office, and pay $5/person that exceeds the maximum site occupancy.

--Speed limit: Speed limit for the park is 5 MPH to keep everyone safe and keep dust to a minimum.

--Parking: 2 standard size vehicles per campsite. No parking in empty spaces, or on roadways/side of park roadways. Must park in overflow parking and purchase a parking pass from the office for overnight parking.

--Refund Policy: Full refund if notice is given by phone or in person longer than 14 days before reservation starts. Half refund will be given if notice is given over the phone or in person between 13 and 8 days of reservation start date. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERRING OF MONIES if notice is given over the phone or in person less than eight days to reservation start date.

--Respecting Your Neighbors: All guests should respect their neighbors by following the quiet hours of 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Also, guests and all members of ther rental party, including pets, shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (including fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors, within reason and if avoidable at any time. There should be no cutting through other guest’s campsites, and no loud, unruly, or illegal behavior on the property.

--The Park is not responsible for the loss or damage personal belongings or valuables of the guest or their visitors.

--Yards: All guests must keep their yards nice and tidy, clear of clutter and trash.

--Laundry: Do not leave laundry unattended in laundry rooms.

-- Hazardous Materials, Fireworks : Guests shall not keep or have on the property any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the property. Although fireworks may be legal in Texas, they are not permitted at Black Gold RV Park at any time.

-- Pool: WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFEGAURD ON DUTY! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pool hours are 7:00 am – 9:00 pm. Children must ALWAYS have an adult (18 year or older) with them inside the fenced pool area. This a STATE LAW REQUIREMENT. All children not potty trained MUST wear little swimmers diapers in the pool area. THE POOL IS STRICTLY FOR TENANTS AND PAYING RV PARK GUESTS ONLY! If you bring unregistered guests to the pool it will be and extra $25 per guest. There is NO alcohol or glass containers permitted in the pool area, and no pets permitted in fenced pool area. Failure to comply by pool rules will get you banned from the pool. 

Pet Policies 

--Guest MUST sign pet agreement before reservation starts.

--Pet fee: Guest must pay $25/pet per reservation if they bring along their pets and reservation is less than three weeks. Monthly pet fee is $40.

--Pet limit: The pet limit is 2 domesticated, standard sized pets.

--Pet Damage: Guest must agree to immediately pay for any damage, loss, or expense their pets may have caused on the property, determined by a team member of Black Gold RV Park. NO DIGGING!!

--Pet requirements: Pet/s must not have a history of aggression or fighting, and MUST be current on all required shots and be wearing valid rabies tags.

--Cleanup: Guests are expected to clean up properly after their pets immediately.

-Leash rules:-Pet/s are required to be on a leash at all times when outside. They are not to be left outside unattended at any time, even if they are leashed.
