Cancellation Policy

Off Season Cancellations made prior to 8 days before reservation will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after that are non-refundable.

Peak Season Cancellations made 31 days before reservation will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days before reservation date will receive 50% refund. Cancellations requested less than 15 days before reservation are non-refundable.

Sturgis Rally (all reservations August 1-15, 2025 or August 5-16, 2026). Payment in full is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Rates, cancellation rules, and fees subject to change. Reservations are non-transferable.

Early departure from reserved stay is non refundable.
