Refund Policy

Reservations require a deposit equal to 1 night’s stay. Cancellations must be received by 3pm – 2 days (48 hours) prior to the date of the arrival to receive a refund of the deposit. No deposit refunds will be given for reservations on holidays, holiday weekends, or special events. Please review the website for a current list of holidays, holiday weekends, and special events. All cancellations will be subject to a $3.50 processing fee.
