Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds 

Life happens, we get it! Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. 

Cancellations more than 2 weeks out from your reserved stay will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations between 3 days and 2 weeks out from your stay will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 3 days out from your stay will receive a 25% refund. 

Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process, please be patient. For any questions, feel free to email us.

Any refunds issued due to voluntary and/or mandatory evacuation due to natural disaster will be prorated to the date the evacuation was called by local government agencies. We highly recommend evacuating at the time of VOLUNTARY evacuation declarations. We are NOT responsible for people, pets, or property left in the park after an evacuation has been ordered. 

And if Waffle House closes, we are ALL in trouble. 

All refunds will be returned to the card on file.
