Refund Policy

Cancellations more than 2 weeks out from your reserved stay will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations between 3 days and 2 weeks out from your stay will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 3 days out from your stay will receive a 25% refund. 

Any other refunds will be accommodated on a case by case bases.  We are a mom and pop small business, we do try and be as flexible as possible. It is our desire to serve our guest with kindness and common sense.  We at blue elbow ask for the same consideration and respect.
