CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

When you arrive, please park (look for signs) and come inside The Outpost, our camp store.  Check-in is between 1 PM - 7 PM daily.  If you need to check-in outside these hours, please call us at (336) 973-1166 (please leave message if you get voice mail) or email us at outpost@blueridgeranch.com in advance for approval.  So as not to disturb campers already on property, we are not able to accomodate reservations for most locations beyond 9 PM.  For those who have approval to arrive past 9 PM, we reserve the right to assign you to a temporary camping site.  Late check-ins without prior approval are subject to a $20 late arrival fee.

Please visit The Outpost on your check-out day during morning store hours to settle any charges or make any purchases.  While check-out time is 11 AM, we are flexible with this with advance notice and if other guests are not scheduled to check-in for the same camping spot on your check-out day.  Regardless of the time you pack up and vacate your camping spot on check-out day, you are welcome to stay and enjoy other ammenities of the ranch until sundown the same day.

While camping at Blue Ridge Ranch, we welcome you to enjoy the ranch to its fullest.  Please be aware of our campground rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all.  

CAMPGROUND RULES

• All guests are required to check-in at The Outpost.
• All guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times.  Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis when contact has been made with a ranch representative in advance.  
• All guests are required to complete a liability waiver prior to or upon arrival to the ranch. 
• No outside firewood. 
• We love dogs.  All dogs must be leashed at all times and waste picked up in all locations.
• Trash is handled as pack it in, pack it out.  Please see check-in brochure for more details.  
• Please leave campsites as you found them.  Dispose of waste properly.  Leave what you find.  Respect wildlife.  No removal of plants, trees or rocks.  
• Fishing is catch and release. 
• Do not dispose of any trash in firepits.
• No private ATV's or dirt bikes on property.
• Quiet time from 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Please do not feed any farm animals without prior approval from a ranch team member. 
• Absolutely no cigarette butts may be disposed of on the property.  Please be certain any cigarettes or cigars are extinguished fully and disposed of properly.
• Guests of legal age may enjoy alcoholic beverages on the property as long as they maintain a respectful demeanor towards one another and respect our property.  Should any concerns arise, you will be asked to leave.
• We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal drug use or any other illegal activity. Should this be a problem during your stay, you will be asked to leave and not return. 

Day Passes and Guests: Should you wish to visit the ranch for just the day, or have guests visit your campsite and the ranch for the day, please check-in at The Outpost to sign liability waivers and remit $15/person for a day pass.  VIsitors are welcome between 9 AM and 10 PM and are not permitted to stay overnight without approval by a ranch representative.
