Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to $25 fee.

Reservations 7 days or less:

Cancelling your reservation with less than 7 days of your stay will result in no refund. 

Reservations 8-14 days:

Cancelling your reservation with less than 14 days of your stay will result in no refund. 

Reservations 15 - 29 days:

Cancelling your reservation with less than 14 days of your stay will result in no refund.

Reservations 30 days or more:

 Cancelling your reservation with less than 30 day notice: no refund.

More than 30 day notice: full refund less $100 cancellation fee.

Refunds are calculated on the full cost of the reservation, not just the deposit.

We don’t give credit or refunds if you arrive days late, leave days early. All other reservation adjustments are subject to the cancellation/refund policy.
