Bluebonnet Terms and Conditions for Campspot

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM (MST).
    • Early check-in may be allowed if requested in advance and is subject to availability. Please contact the office to confirm.
  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM.
    • No need to contact the office for check-out unless you need to settle charges for after-hours check-in.

Site Usage

  • Each site includes space for 1 RV and 2 vehicles.
  • Additional vehicles are not permitted at the site and must be parked in designated areas.
  • Parking in adjacent sites, common areas, or on grass is not allowed. Damages caused to the grass will result in additional charges.

Fire Policy

  • Open fires are not allowed in the park under any circumstances.

Pet Policies

  • Leash: Pets must always be on a leash for their safety and the safety of other guests.
  • Clean-Up: Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in removal from the park without a refund.
  • Restrictions: Pets are not allowed inside buildings, in pool areas, or on playgrounds.
  • Vaccinations: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.
  • Noise: Excessive barking is not permitted.

Speed Limit and Vehicles

  • The park speed limit is 5 mph for the safety of all guests.
  • Each site accommodates 1 RV and 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated areas and may incur extra fees.
  • Recreational vehicles (ATVs, motorcycles, golf carts) are allowed only for entering or exiting the park and not for use within the premises.

General Policies

  • Trash Disposal: Use designated trash containers and ensure all trash bags are securely tied. Do not leave trash on the ground to avoid attracting wildlife.
  • Quiet Time: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from midnight to 7:00 AM on weekends.
  • Drones: Drone usage is prohibited within the park.
  • Clotheslines: Clotheslines are not allowed.
  • Fireworks and Firearms: Fireworks and firearms, including airsoft and pellet guns, are strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without a refund.

Emergency Policies

  • In case of an emergency, call 911 and notify the office to guide emergency personnel to your site.
  • Emergency contact information is required for all monthly guests and will only be used in emergencies or as requested by law enforcement.
